I moved into larger units.. The manager Anthonyis fantastic. Always available and such a nice person.. Great asset.

Thieves. I rented 2 units from them for 3 years each. When I closed the first unit, I had to remind them many times as they still charged me well after being told it was cleaned out long before the first. Then I closed the second unit. I gave them 5 days notice before I was to be charged and they still charged me. Knowing they often "forget" to stop charging tenants, l immediately emailed them again to remind them l'd let them know yet again in advance that l'd closed a unit and wasn't to be charged. They refuse to credit me back the $399 they stole from me and will not answer the phone, or return any calls or emails. My husband went in person after 2 weeks and they agreed to credit back the account only to not follow through and continuously dodge calls, texts and emails. Bad business. Also, there's a staggering, increasing level of people living there in their storage units. There was one guy living directly across from my unit who is a convicted killer. It is very unsafe for families to go at anytime to get our own belongings.

Airport road storage went above and beyond to help us many times especially with a difficult move out with a POD. I called them so many times with questions and they were incredibly kind, patient and professional.

The storage facility was excellent I had no problems with my unit. However, the person I would always talk to seemed to never be able to process my credit card. After numerous attempts, they would then ensue it was my fault. I offered to show up to the building to resolve this issue and it felt like that was a hassle for them because they did not want to meet up. This was my personal experience, and I did feel that the facility was great my stuff was never stolen and it was easy enough to access. I just wish they had better staffing

We needed storage at the last minute and this place was the BEST. Incredibly helpful and caring staff. Gave me a refund when I was accidentally charged for another month without my having to call; the owner called me! Excellent!

Everything was as expected, my only issue with the facility was how the the dust and direct was blown directly into our units - something I actually saw in real time! It would have been appreciated if there was car to avoid blowing the dirt from the ground TOWARDS and INTO the units, and perhaps some sweeping AWAY from the units would have helped keep the stuff inside cleaner. Merci.

A really good place to rent storage space the staff is very helpful and personable and honest..and that is something hard to find in Santa Fe unfortunately......I would highly recommend Airport storage to anyone in need of this type of service and you would not go wrong renting from them...good prices and excellent customer service and very honest people... thank you very much for everything you have done and helped us with...

My family lives on my tribal reservation, Picuris Pueblo, and when our community was moved to "red" or "ready" status due to the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Wildfire, we had to move family heirlooms and personal items to storage safely. Paul was very kind and compassionate when he heard why we needed a storage unit right away. He prorated the month of May, waiving the move-in fee. That generous gesture helped alleviate the financial stress we were experiencing trying to move during an emergency. We also appreciated the easy access and availability to drop off items as we moved irreplaceable family items to the storage unit. We will recommend this storage facility to others, and if we need a storage unit in the future, we definitely will return to this supportive business who cares about people. Thank you for you for having personable and thoughtful staff.

Bldgs were clean with easy access rolled up doors where you could load up straight from a truck bed. Helpful (family) staff always on sight.

Only caveat to my positive review was the trouble I had moving in with a POD. I moved from across the country and had my belongings shipped via POD, and temporarily stored in Albuquerque. From there I had it shipped to airport storage in Sfe. I only needed a small unit. I told the rep at airport storage that I would have a pod being delivered, and that their trucks require a large clearance area. 'No problem,' was the reply. Well there were problems when the POD arrived and the driver couldn't maneuver close to my unit. The manager seemed upset with me! I was forced to take a larger, more expensive unit, despite having already signed a contract. The manager didn't offer any alternative/assistance, and I had to leave work and go out there to deal with things in person. And the manager just complained that I had to quickly get that pod unloaded and out of the way. He was very rude and uncooperative. Other than that my stay was fine, except that there are no bathroom facilities on the premises since the office is always closed, but someone always answers the phone.

We rented this unit for our daughter. We never saw it ourselves but our daughter was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place & we appreciated the prompt & helpful staff we talked with over the phone. Great experience.

Ray and his staff members are very accommodating! Excellent customer service, there for you for anything. I have used this storage unit for business purposes for years and will not go anywhere else in the city. Highly recommend, Brand new units, clean and safe. Thank you for being awesome!

This was listed as a secure facility but the front gate was never set up. It was installed shortly after I took occupancy and I was told it was "being programmed." I had my unit for a year and no codes were ever distributed, nor was it programmed by the time I moved out. Overall the experience was fine and nothing happened, but I would not recommend it based on the lack of security that I was told it would eventually have.

Our son is a college student in the area and needed to store the contents of his dorm room for the summer. With just a few emails and phone calls, all was set up and ready to go. Because of COVID, everything was completely contact less and safe. Thank you so much for helping a first time college mom and first time storage rental easy and painless!

No problem with the facility, but the billing system needs work; two months in a row the system attempted to bill me, one of which was after I had notified that I was vacating.

I have two storage units and this one by far is the better of the two. The gentlemen who run it are available and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. It's local and not corporate.

Did not use this facility. They had no where to drop off trailer & management was not very helpful over the phone. Did not make the process easy which led me to rent a storage somewhere else.

i didn`t use this facility because it was too far away from where i moved into. i used the uhaul drop off storage option in espanola. the communication was great with both places

Unit was smaller than what I had reserved: 5x5 instead of 5x10. Needed a new storage right away, my stuff being in the truck to be returned shortly. Very stressful!

Facility manager friendly but the reservation was not confirmed through UHaul. Fortunately, there was one open space available. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for my needs.
