Tobias H. | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility was excellent I had no problems with my unit. However, the person I would always talk to seemed to never be able to process my credit card. After numerous attempts, they would then ensue it was my fault. I offered to show up to the building to resolve this issue and it felt like that was a hassle for them because they did not want to meet up. This was my personal experience, and I did feel that the facility was great my stuff was never stolen and it was easy enough to access. I just wish they had better staffing

It would have been appreciated if there was car to avoid blowing the dirt from the ground TOWARDS and INTO the units, and perhaps some sweeping AWAY from the units would have helped keep the stuff inside cleaner. Thanks.

Laurie M. | Overall ExperienceMy family lives on my tribal reservation, Picuris Pueblo, and when our community was moved to "red" or "ready" status due to the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Wildfire, we had to move family heirlooms and personal items to storage safely. Paul was very kind and compassionate when he heard why we needed a storage unit right away. He prorated the month of May, waiving the move-in fee. That generous gesture helped alleviate the financial stress we were experiencing trying to move during an emergency. We also appreciated the easy access and availability to drop off items as we moved irreplaceable family items to the storage unit. We will recommend this storage facility to others, and if we need a storage unit in the future, we definitely will return to this supportive business who cares about people. Thank you for you for having personable and thoughtful staff.

Kathy P. | Overall ExperienceOnly caveat to my positive review was the trouble I had moving in with a POD. I moved from across the country and had my belongings shipped via POD, and temporarily stored in Albuquerque. From there I had it shipped to airport storage in Sfe. I only needed a small unit. I told the rep at airport storage that I would have a pod being delivered, and that their trucks require a large clearance area. 'No problem,' was the reply. Well there were problems when the POD arrived and the driver couldn't maneuver close to my unit. The manager seemed upset with me! I was forced to take a larger, more expensive unit, despite having already signed a contract. The manager didn't offer any alternative/assistance, and I had to leave work and go out there to deal with things in person. And the manager just complained that I had to quickly get that pod unloaded and out of the way. He was very rude and uncooperative. Other than that my stay was fine, except that there are no bathroom facilities on the premises since the office is always closed, but someone always answers the phone.

Carol T. | Overall ExperienceThis was listed as a secure facility but the front gate was never set up. It was installed shortly after I took occupancy and I was told it was "being programmed." I had my unit for a year and no codes were ever distributed, nor was it programmed by the time I moved out. Overall the experience was fine and nothing happened, but I would not recommend it based on the lack of security that I was told it would eventually have.
