The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. She took the time to show me where the nearest dump was while cleaning out my wife's brother's storage area. The process was quick and met the needs for that day.

I also appreciated the day before my rental receiving a phone call from the UHaul place I was picking my 15' truck up at that they didn't have it. They directed me to the Henderson Blvd. location. I worked then with Janice to organize my picking up of the truck. She was very helpful, polite and professional. On my way to pick up my truck, I had to reach out to her for guidance. She was patient, understanding and efficient. When I arrived and checked out my 15' truck, it was in good shape, and clean. I was back in time to return the truck, and Janice assisted me with backing in and checking the truck. She is an exceptional individual, very smart. I was glad to have her support. Merci.

Dakota BearApparently a dealership for U-Haul. Selected a different city (about 1 hour away) for my drop off even though online I selected my hometown where I planned to drop it off. Signed the contract because didn't have much choice at the time since we were moving stuff in less than an hour. Was told it didn't matter and to just drop it off where I originally planned it online. Did not go well with drop off location U-Haul. They were not taking the truck and told me that I needed to drive it to wherever the contract stated. I told them no and that if their system doesn't work and doesnt allow them to pick my city then it's not the customers problem. Apparently if they can't select a city, that mean no U-Haul is taking equipment from what I was told by the U-Haul employee. So none of the 5 U-Hauls in my city were taking equipment. This is a known problem for U-Haul vs dealership locations giving bad information and doing whatever they want. The only way I was able to get them to take it was to call someone further higher up the chain to change it for me. Was it a pain in the ass, yes... But it was resolved and they need to fix that issue for dealership locations because they represent U-Haul as well.

And it was very crucial that I had a uhaul with a ramp so that I could deliver several items to a customer that needed the items immediately. What a great team the ladies at AIRPORT Storage was. Very kind and worked it out so I could make my delivery on time.

Michael McDougalI was called and given two options to pick up the vehicle that were different than my requested pickup time because the location did not have staff coverage. I was "compensated" with an "extra" day free which I did not need to begin with. To add to this "compensation" I got charged for extra mileage when I dropped off the vehicle. So much for compensating me for the inconvenience caused by your representative.
