By far the Best location I have ever been to the staff were amazing equipment was amazing and the service was fantastic.

I didn't get the name of the guy working the counter but he was great, I really had good experiences every time interacting with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered prompt service.

The technician working, Rob or Robbie, it was a real pro, He was helping multiple customers efficiently and was also helpful to the storage customers in spite of some kind of software/computer glitch .. Robert CAs a long time U Haul customer I was extremely disappointed with this last service experience. Here's the issues: 1. My requested equipment was half of what I expected, I requested 2 dollies, got 1. I requested 12 moving blankets and got 6 used and dirty ones.. additionally, I don't think they ever updated my bill to reflect these changes since both the original and end locations were in a dispute over who was responsible... 2. My truck was provided to me with less than 1/8th of a tank, when I went to refill it there was an issue with the fuel tank causing me to spend over 20 minutes continuously having to click the fuel pump and fill 1/4 gallon at a time since it would keep disconnecting. (Yes, I tried different pumps, pressures, angles etc. it was for sure an issue with the truck, I have videos of the incident). I would love if customer service could reach out to me to help make this right because I have yet to hear back from the original location. Merci!

I apologized but the staff didn't even miss a beat in taking the trailer in , inspecting the trailer and sending me on my way within minutes….. even though this location is farther then my local U-Haul I will rent again from this location.
jeff CI usually rent from the U-Haul on Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa but will continue to drive a bit further based on my experience with this location. The gentleman who assisted me at this location was beyond professional and a great overall experience.

richard eCustomer service and the local employee were both fantastic. The truck was in good condition and ran well. The issue we had was with accessing the truck keys via mobile Uhaul. The app crashed before giving us the access code and reloaded as already "dispatched." It took an hour to get in contact with an actual human to help over the phone and the app chat. Once contacted, the employee helped immediately.

Freddy EThe truck is not the one I reserved. I reserved a 15' truck but when I got there this is the only one in stock. I have to take it since movers are waiting for me. Have to move twice since it's smaller. They charged me extra miles and extra time and when I talked with customer service, they are saying thatI should've told them when I was there. But the real problem here is that U-Haul should give me the truck I reserved. The whole experience was awful and the customer service experience was even worse. Will share my story to everyone who is going to use U-Haul and tell them use other company if possible.

Mark SMay be good if they were allowed to gas an empty truck, but there were supplies and the staff was professional and friendly.
Lisa BOrdered Roller Dolly online but was not provided when I arrived. 1. Was told there was just none available. Was very unhappy about that. Typically, you are going to need your dolly's. So, a truck without a dolly is recipe for disaster to hurt yourself. 2. And the Truck was not gassed up. Almost on empty. So just another example if incompetence and lack of care. Go to another U-Haul. This location is hit or miss when you are really counting on U-Haul.
Dean SRep was rude and unhelpful. Was being antagonistic to another customer. Didn't check out the vehicle until the next day and then added a bogus cleaning fee. Terrible service!
