Literally at someone's house, no cell service there to complete online drop off which is extremely difficult and time consuming. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to a friend.

JOSHUA LThis has been the worse experience I've ever had with uhaul. I would recommend PENSKE to anyone that is in need to do some moving. Not only did the truck overheat and had to sit for an extra day, when I went to return it, they were having internal issues. The trucks are poorly serviced, the website states 0,59-.99 per mile that is a lie, they charge 1,99 per mile, the manager that called from 856-577-8344 told me that he was the only person to speak with and refused to give me his superior. He failed to hear concerns and clearly didn't look at the notes from 8 calls I previously made, jumped to his own conclusion. What was supposed to be an $85 trip, turned into $381. This is a terrible company to rent from. Save your money and your time. I will never rent from this company again.

MICHAEL DPlace was closed when I dropped off the truck. It was a little shack on the side of the road. Had to park the truck on the side of the road also.

John FRude and used a lot of profanity in front of me while on the phone with U-haul because apparently the truck was double booked. How was that my problem? Did not handle the situation appropriately in front of me and if anything made me feel really uncomfortable regarding my need of the truck...that I was 2 seconds from walking out. I also tried to call and ask a question regarding the truck an hour later and the guy basically rushed me off the phone, OBVIOUSLY annoyed and told me to just call 1-800-Uhaul. This was my first time renting from U-Haul, and would not recommend renting through this guy as this left a terrible impression on me. I only had to go to this guy bc that was where my reservation/pick up was. Someone teach this man proper ways to handle situations of double booking and etiquette and to refrain from using the f-bomb repeatedly in front of me. Also, his printer was broken so I walked out of there without any paperwork/receipt. How professional.

Michele PUhaul was extremely difficult to work with in my last rental. I set a preferred pick up location and did not hear anything, so I went to that location in the morning, only to be told they did not have a vehicle for me and no one from the other location had bothered to call me with a time or date. I had to drive 30 minutes to the other location only to be yelled at by the owner for coming early. He had never called me or given me a time and acknowledged that. I was unaware where I was supposed to go, and it was an extreme inconvenience. I was late for where I was supposed to be that day.
