THOMAS RLocation was nice and easy to get to. The lady working there was very nice and helpful. The only issue was the app did not work for me so do 24/7 so I had to work with the lady inside. Thank goodness she was there and so helpful!

Ahmed AI dropped it off a day early during normal business hours and the place was locked. The lady behind the counter was eating and saw me wave. She cracked the door, took the keys and locked the door back up.

Richard TTwo problems: 1) This is not the location I reserved for pickup. This operator called and told me to come to her place. 2) She designated a drop-off location (600 6th St, Holly Hill, FL) that is NO LONGER A U-HAUL DEALER so I had to dig out my original reservation to find the correct drop location.

Charles MThis drop off site was not the original drop off site. Original site was Boo Boo Discount, they refused to allow me to drop off. Boo Boo Discount claimed no room for additional trailers. In reality there was plenty of additional trailer parking but Boo Boo Discount wanted to extort me to pay additional money… After contending with several miles of snarled traffic and horrendous weather to reach an unmanned alamo storage, i was sorry I didn't pay the extortion fee at Boo Boo Discount…

Hector MThe first drop of location was unable to take the trailer. We spent an hour on the phone trying to locate another drop off location. When they found one it was 30-45 minutes away. Ultimately, a closer location was found.

Ronald REnsure the drop off location is able to accept the rental back. We went to a closer location and was told we have to return it to location on receipt. We went there and was told they are full. We went to another location that was closed then called another and they too were full. We ended up dropping it off at Alamo. The lady at Alamo was awesome!!
