They had no moving supplies. I needed boxes and blankets but they did not have. The truck I rented was clean but the check engine light was on and it did not run well at all. Used a lot of fuel

The pick up location was easy and convenient. The check in process was easy. The drop off was not smooth, I couldn't get logged in to check back in, the code would not send to me. I tried three times. I just left the truck with the keys in the back where I found them. I called the location later (on a Saturday) and they were not interested in talking to me until Monday. I wanted to make them aware the truck was there and my issues with checking it in. Hopefully all is well.
