MARILYN RAlthough this location was excellent customer service, I had to drive an extra half an hour to get there because my local U-Haul branch did not have the trailer that I required even booking a week in advance.

Don EI made a reservation for pick up in Owen Sound, ON. The tires and condition of the trailer was no where near good enough for me to use for my job. The operator was understanding and made some calls to find another unit. He found one about 30 minutes away and when I arrived there was no trailer there. That operator was very polite and found one about 45 minutes away and so I drove there. It used my entire weekend day to find a trailer. I will not use uhaul again nor would I suggest anyone use uhaul when there are plenty of other options. The business owners were friendly and helpful. The equipment condition and organization to obtain the trailer was not. Also the 6'x12' trailer should have a tongue jack stand to allow removal and installation with load. Once loaded the tongue weight is too heavy to remove from vehicle alone.

WILLIAM SIt was a a handy location for me. Not impressed with the person I dealt with. He made a comment that I was two days early and he didn't indicate where to put the trailer until I started to disconnect it. Then said he would charge me another $20 for him to move it from where i was going to drop it off. May have been a bad day for him or just doesn't understand how to provide customer service.
LARRY CWhen we got in the U-Haul it was filthy and smelled like cigarettes & marijuana. This is totally unacceptable and left a very poor taste in our mouths - not sure if we would use this location ever again.

ROBERT HI suggest that a u haul depot could hire a detailer every time a vehicle comes back it gets cleaned and sanitized. Otherwise I am always very pleased with my experiences with the company vehicles and staff. Merci

John ZThe trailer alignment is off. The unloaded trailer caused my vehicle to shake. Once loaded it was fine but it should ride smooth empty as well

ARIAM RU-Haul was booked for Collingwood ON location 2 months in advance. Informing me 24 hrs before pickup that trucks are unavailable was a big challenge. Collingwood ON staff were not helpful and rude. Alex's Gas Bar in Meaford ON were excellent- very helpful indeed.

Mark AAlex's Gas Bar was excellent to deal with however U-Hauls website was not. U Haul let me select Flesherton Ontario as a pickup location however I got a phone call the day before letting me know there were no trucks available in flesherton so we had to go all the way to Meaford to pick up which was fine because they gave me a discount. They let me select 8 am self mobile pick up but it doesn't even work at all so then I was on hold with U haul for over 20 minutes and by that time Alex's Gas Bar opened at 9 am. We didn't arrive til about 830… The worked at Alex's told us that you can't do mobile check in as he has the keys locked up in the gas station. So please change your website so it is actually accurate. Merci.
Lauren SWe should receive the tank full. I received it 3/8 full and accidentally filled it with 104 litres. So the truck was returned with more than 3/4 of a tank, and I ought to reimbursed for the cost of 3/8 of a tank (6/8 - 3/8 = 3/8).

Preston HMy pick up location was changed 24 hrs out but this was only a minor inconvenience and Alex's Gas bar was very helpful.

Farley DI will never again rent from Uhaul. Your prices are now outrageous and I could rent from any other truck rental place for almost half the price; 1,1 per kilometer, rediculous!

James MWhen we reached our destination and unloaded the car, our grandson came with us to the drop off point. We do not own a smart phone nor do we want one. To return a rental to you it was necessary to have one first to answer questions and then to take at least 6 pictures of the return. As we returned it after 9pm without a phone that would not have been possible unless someone was with us had one. This makes it impossible for anyone without a smart phone to use your services.
