I had to completely clean the inside of the cab. It reeked of body odor and was full of filth. The odor went into my hair and I had to shower after cleaning. I also put an open bag of coffee to absorb the stink even after cleaning. In short , it was nasty.

Kling Recovery and Towing in Wildwood, FL was the original drop-off location. HORRIBLE service. Refused to check the truck and trailer in as "she was busy with other stuff and didn't know when she could do it". When asked what I was supposed to do with truck/trailer she threw the keys at me and said just take it. I had to call Uhaul for a different drop-off location which was further away. Uhaul needs to revoke Kling Towings Uhaul license. HORRIBLE service. AC Storage was great.

This was not the scheduled drop off location. The original location refused to check in the truck and trailer. When I asked when could I check it in the female clerk said she didn't know as she was busy with other work. I asked what was I supposed to do with the truck/trailer she threw the keys at me and said she didn't know. I called Uhaul and they referred me to this location. The original drop-off location needs to have their Uhaul business shutdown. VERY POOR representation for Uhaul.

Truck kept shutting off one time took 10 minutes to restart upon return had to fuel truck to half tank while fueling the gas gauge didn't move and the tank filled completely uhaul should have a full tank policy so there would not be a problem when I told the renting agent about the problems the truck had he said he has been aware of them and that the truck has been doing this for awhile that is very sad that you are willing to put people's safety at risk when I ask the agent if he could work with me on me filling the tank to full since the gauge didn't work properly and he said I would have to take it up with uhaul I've used uhaul many times in my life and this is by far the worst experience I've had with them if this is how you do business I dont think I will have any use for your services or give a good referral to friends

I happened to be one of the unlucky customers that was not able to get equipment in a timely manner because of the software system not working. The gentleman at A/C Storage was trying everything to help me out. The inability to not process my reservation because of no "Plan B' options was very off-putting. I know there was a paper document somewhere that was created in order to put it online. I actually had left the building after 2 hours and was in search of another vendor. I did not have time to spare. Especially since I had made my reservation well in advance. This could have been something that could have been done before I got there. Again, the staff was great, the system sucked!

I was not able to drop off using the app because it couldn't get my location. Location settings on my phone where correct and other apps did show my correct location. The app needs some work.

Inside of cab was dirty with dirt covering drivers floor. Inside of box had debris from prior move. U-Haul offers excellent equipment, but at Wildwood location I would come early to view equipment to insure cleanliness

This was a friendly, helpful place. They let us leave the truck overnight because the closing on the house was too late for the moving labor to get the job finished that day. We really appreciated this as the community we were moving into was not very helpful.

The app and website didn't work, and the truck had less than a quarter of a tank of gad when I got it. I was put way behind schedule because the site itself wasn't working and neither did the app. The actual uhaul site was cluttered and messy and the keys weren't in the right box and I had to call customer service for help multiple times. A trailer I didn't order was also attached to my truck and we had to remove it.

Provide hitches & balls for rent or sale. Or at least inform the customer they need a different set up. It was obvious we needed a drop down hitch & had to stop at another location to purchase what we needed. We then had to unhook the trailer & make the corrections in the parking lot of the place we purchased the hitch from. Not a huge deal for us, but for some it would be. Also, this particular trailer did not have any lifting mechanism on the tongue, making it difficult to lift on & off the vehicle. This would create a big problem, if loaded while not attached to the vehicle.

I've rented from this location twice. The equipment was fine each time, but the couple who operate this business are not customer service oriented. I would reserve there again only if they were last option.

Great drop off experience - seamless and easy! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the app was slow to load and move through the steps. Would recommend enhanced wifi in the area to assist other users.

This was my third time renting a U-haul truck and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect with plenty of parking and area which makes it very convienant to pick up and return a vehicle. Additionally, the staff at All A/C Storage Inc. is very helpful and friendly.

The trailer that I picked up from them was not maintained. I had to hook up the trailer myself. No help. I went back inside to tell them that they needed to come out to make sure it was hooked correctly. They guy came and checked. In my way home I had to have both tires changed out because they were bad. One tire was missing a 24" X 6" strip of rubber and the other one was messed up. Cost me a 2 1/2 hour wait in a parking lot to get it fixed. Very dissatisfied that the trailer was not maintained.

Truck AC did not work ( it was 80 degrees that day). The driver door window crank knob came off every time I tried to is it. Both doors were difficult to fully latch.

Pick up location was very good and staff was very helpful, but a little further away from my loading location than what I had initially requested. The mileage allowed by the contract was not sufficient for my one-way move, which required me to request a few extra miles from U-Haul to stay within the contract allotment. I suggest that U-Haul revisit mileage allowed policies on one-way rentals and to provide options for customers to add mileage to their contracts online. I do not mind paying a little extra money up front, but would be very annoyed to get another bill at the end of my move for charges that I was not planning for. Thanks

I don’t understand why I made the reservation weeks ahead of time, which included a request for 24 pads, only to arrive to pick up the truck and find that see pads were available.

Equipment seemed well maintained, but definitely a bit of a rattle trap and aging. Granted, im more used to pulling a trailer than driving a box truck. But i would come back again if needed. Service, login, and reception at office was very good. Price good too.

I had the same guy. I will return my car attachment first and the next day I returned the truck had the same guy both times very friendly very helpful.

I showed up at the pre arranged location to pick up the truck and found they did not have the 20ft truck. Not only that but they had no padding (which I asked for 12) and they had no furniture dolly's (which I requested 2). Then the lady got on the phone and found me a 20ft truck 5 or so miles south? I get there, he has a truck but again no padding or dolly's. The truck was dirty inside and out and had a little over 1/2 tank of fuel! By the time I secured a truck, got fuel etc. I was more then an hour behind my timeline to meet the packers that were packing the truck for me. So it cost me another $150 for their service! So I get the furniture to it's destination 150 miles south of where the truck was picked up. Unload on Dec. 8. I go to the place I had originally set to drop off on SR 70 in.Bradenton. They tell me they have no record of me dropping there. Somehow it was changed to another location around the corner (about 2 miles) and you could not read the print on my contract because it was soo small of font! Never again will I rent from UHaul. For my inconvenience you should do something for me!!!

The staff was great. The location was convenient. The accessible were horrible. The facility has a less than acceptable roof. There are 5 gal buckets scattered about the facility to catch the water that falls. Unfortunately, a water event of 3 inches occured 48 hours before I moved out and a small amount of my items got wet and were damaged. I learned a lesson and wont be going back.

This is the most reasonably priced air conditioned units I have had the pleasure of renting. If it were closer to Lady Lake I would not be vacating.

I arrived at the facility , All A/C Storage around 2 PM with a full 26 foot U-Haul. I went in to speak with the agent and told him that I had a reservation for a 10 x 30 unit. He told me that I did NOT. He told me that his units were under construction and we were not the first people who have gone through this. He said that the storage facility has tried to speak with U-Haul to correct this issue and it is not corrected yet. He had NO units available. He was polite and frustrated with the issue also, as we weren't the first people this has happened to. Therefore, in the rain my wife and I had to find another storage unit on short notice. We were forced to rent two storage units, and they are double the price due to "Uhaul's negligence in not correcting their website". Yet, you still contact me today with this email, indicating that I did have a storage unit at that facility. My wife is an attorney, and I suggest you contact me via phone to discuss. This is a breach of contract and harassment at this point.

I was very happy with the commitment to service from this storage facility. Rob was very nice to deal with and took his time to show us units available to rent when we moved here in the middle of October 2021. My only compliant would be the shameful way some customers leave there trash and condition of the units when they move out and take the units roller carts and lock them up in there units so others cants use the equipment.

I parked my trailer there for over a year. Rob, the manager there was always very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend All AC Storage mainly because of Rob.

Rob, the facility manager was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of our storage rental. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We had to extend our storage unit multiple times because of delay in our house closing. Only negative comment about the facility is although our unit was technically over a roof, the ceiling is open with wire type fencing and is exposed. We had experience black mildews in our belongings. We were informed of this by Rob initially, however, we were not expecting to stay for a prolong expected time and did not account for this. The facility is well lit and secured. Another bonus is that All AC storage has a UHaul rental right on property which we also utilized. Very convenient.

When moving in January Rob was very helpful in setting up the rental and and helping me select the appropriate size storage space. During my many trips to the unit day over the year whenever I met Rob he was very personable and made one feel that things were being looked after.

We had our items in this storage for 1 1/2 years. We we got the items out lots of damage from a but called silverfish. They knew right away what they were and said not our problem. The staff was nice until we had the problem with the bugs. About 10 of our large boxes were eaten up by these bugs and we have had to throw out a lot of items. This facility needs a overhaul on the pest situation. We would not recommend them and we would not use them again. The facility appeared secure and lighted however we never went there at night. We have never seen this type of bus and we've had stuff in storage before for 15 years and never had this issue. If we have them in our units you know they are everywhere in that facility. They need to take care of this problem now. We had insurance but did not cover this issue we thought the facility would have some responsibility with keep this are free of pest how wrong we're we.

Wanted a smaller unit but was told at office that I needed to do that on line & he didn't think any were available. Asked if they could contact me when one becomes available. Was told I needed to keep checking on line. Why? I would probably still have a unit if I was able to get a smaller one.

This facility is a rip off. Prepaid monthly rent a year in advance and when we no longer neede the storage, management wouldn't reimburse. They even re rented our paid space to someone else. Rip off!
