AARON HOPKINSBe sure to clean the uhaul on the inside. I was okay with it but the next customer may not be so fund of it. I myself expected to be cleaner but it got the job done.

Jose MenjarezI setup an online account and entered all of the required information, including the authorized driver info and driver's license. I called the office on 1209 E. Belt Line Rd., the morning of my pickup to confirm that the reservation was ok, and that was confirmed. When we showed up for the pickup, the attendant said he didn't see our reservation in the system. Then I gave him a printout of the reservation and then he said he found it in the system. But he still made us re-enter all of the information from scratch. I had to call my office for the card info because this was a business transaction and I had left the card in my drawer because he had confirmed that morning that he had all the info and the card was not needed. So we entered all of the information from scratch. Then because of all of the issues that we had I told him that I already have another reservation for another uhaul on the weekend and wanted to make sure I didn't have the same issues. He said that there shouldn't be an issue, but I let him know that promise was already broken and I had already entered everything online and am having to reenter the info again. So I have had to readjust my work schedule to leave early so that the staff who is authorized doesn't have another issue with getting another truck. Also we had a reservation pick up time of 10:30am Central time. I received a text the morning of the pickup around 8am saying they would call me right before our scheduled pick up. I received a call from uhaul at 11:30am Central time and let the representative know that we had already picked up the uhaul. He hung up while I was in mid-sentence. Customer service is not well. I had poor customer service experiences on the chat, on the phone and in-person.

Gerardo VegaThanks for adjusting my bill. Gas gauge does not move properly. I had to over pay on gas because gas gauge would not move at first. When it did move amount was way over what the initial amount of gas was. Front left Tire low in air was almost flat on return. Representative Should Check tire after moving off of property HILL. The Rep thought it looked low because it was parked on uhaul property hill. He apologized for the oversight. Truck was clean inside. Excellent customer service.

He intentionally continued to mispronounce our name even after corrected saying "oh I don't care I'm not gone say it right". No manners at all. I will NEVER go to location again! I will be reporting him to corporate as well.
SIERRA DABNEYThey gave me a U-Haul that was filthy it was sunflower seeds all over the cabin in the cup holders there was mud in the back of the truck and charged me for it being dirty? I literally cleaned that nasty thing for them because they didn't do it.

Dorthy JohnsonVehicle was dirty, needed a oil change and didn't have any fluid. Property manager is a rude racist old white man. I will try to upload his emails to me. I extended for a day and he was not happy. He told me to get off of his property. All bc he is was upset that I extended my rental. He never asked me what happened, just ran to vehicle. He said he didn't care if I left a bad review. I do not recommend this place at all.

Kamice GreeneWhen I arrive to pick up my uhaul, while checking out they added the collision damage waiver with asking or explaining what it is. After returning the truck back with appropriate gas I was charged for 3 gallons and send a receipt that look like me signature had been copied and paste. 4 days after the truck had been turned in I got an email saying I caused damage to a storage door that is within a gated area that I do not have access to.

I WAS TOLD UHAUL SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME NEVER GOT A CALL UNTIL AFTER I FIANLLY PICKED UP THE TRUCK ANOTHER 17 MILES AWAY, THIS WAS THE 3 PLACE. WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME ON THIS.

Louie Scott Jr.I made my reservation at 1245 S. I35 UHaul Moving & Storage of DeSoto. That's where I wanted to pick up the truck. However, when I printed off the reservation, I didn't check it to make sure it showed this location. But, when we left to drive to DeSoto, I realized it showed a completely different address. My business partner had the same thing happen to her family when they drove to New York City recently & had reserved a trailer to pick up once they got to New York. Again, the location was not the same & directions sent them to an entirely different town, to a gas station. If UHaul makes changes based on availability of trucks/trailers & something changes requiring customers to go to a different location, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED, in advance. We should not be in the dark - changes made without our knowledge or approval. This move ended up working out fine but I don't appreciate changes being made without being notified.

Ronald JolivetteThe truck was filthy and had to be cleaned out thoroughly before we could put anything into it. Parking is terrible at the location. It's not a safe entry and exit, especially if any other vehicles are coming in or out.
