BRIAN COur rental was scheduled 10 days in advance for the Conroe location. 1 Day prior to pickup, we were informed that our pickup was moved to Willis location. We arrived at Willis location for pickup and were informed at that time, that the truck was not available there and that it was transferred to Tomball location for pickup. Tomball for us is located some 40 miles away. We had to travel 80 miles out of our way, 2 hrs wasted time spent just to pick up the truck. Along the way we passed up some 6 Uhaul locations. Why could not uhaul relocate the truck to a location near to us for a more convenient and closer pick up?
CHRISTOPHER DRenting the trailer went smoothly. The person came out and made sure the trailer was secure and was helpful!
RYAN PSpace is tight but the staff is very helpful in hooking/unhooking the trailers.

DANTRI RLocation is fine, but my reservation was at a different location. I also didn't get the appliance dolly I rented. No fault of the location. Since the original location was couldn't fulfill the reservation.

SHERRY AThe word lock is a bit tricky, has to be just right to open. Consider an easier method. Otherwise, online pick-up is simple and effortless.
Ken MThere was a lady there, I think her name was Tracey, and she was amazing. Something strange happened with the app when I reserved and she was able to get it sorted out quickly. Really sweet lady and really clean rental truck - I had my cleaning lady's husband helping me and even he was impressed that it was clean. I'll use this place again to move.

YILIEN FI think more should be done to estimate the mileage better. I had to pay $30 extra since the miles were not estimated properly. It was not pointed out when renting you should overestimate miles.

MATTHEW CLocal agent was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Rental process was quick and easy - I completed the rental information on-line before picking up the trailer, which I think helped speed up the process.

STEPHEN PMy driver was pulled over at 2:00 AM by 3 cop cars who initianed a felony stolen vechile stop. After being detained for 30 minutes he found out the truck he was driving has been reported stolen 2 times.
