The passenger side lights weren't working BUT no sweat the attendant had another trailer hitched and fully functional in minutes and on my way I went. Smaller facility but very efficient for my needs. Great overall experience! Thanks

The lady said she out it in my account for the Discount. I will never Rent from UHaul again. Experience Sucked. They had the wrong mileage plus wrong license plate number.
Brenda M.When I rent something and reserve it for 9 am I have to try to locate someone to assist. Is the thing ready? No I have to drive over to another lot to get it and then have it hooked up. I expected on time rental however I spend an inordinate amount of my time doing things that should be set up and ready to go in advance. I feel like they are doing me a favor to rent a trailer. I may be troubling them or interrupted them from doing something else.

Cheikh D.I've been calling this location all morning (like 6+ times) before dropping off earlier than scheduled nobody ever picked up the phone or even called back to this very moment. Even as I was dropping the truck off and was on a rush to leave with my Uber ride ready to leave me cuz I kept trying to call them while in front of the location and could see "open" sign they still wouldn't answer the phone. I actually had an agent from 1-800GO U-HAUL on the other line calling them right at that time while I was literally in front of the location dropping the truck off trying to catch my Uber ride before being more late for work than I already was and they still wouldn't answer the phone from U-Haul calling neither

richard M.Truck was dirty inside and out. Needed truck for one more day and no accommodation was offered. I would have even taken a smaller truck and paid for it. Was not looking for anything for free, just a clean truck and courtesy. I will never rent from this location again and I will let every government agency employee know the same.

Michael R.Traveling from western NY to Southwestern Va, I had to stop 3 times to try to locate a service station with air compressor because the right rear tire continuously was losing air pressure. Trailer worked fine but it was a real inconvenience to have to always keep an eye on the tire.

Paul R.I will never use this place or uhaul ever again. The representative called me a “liar†for no justifiable reason. I also returned my truck later just because I did not want to have to interact with this man. This man scared me (which is saying something because I'm a mental health provider)

Karen O.Fix the system. I received multiple errors trying to use the after hours system. "low memory, transaction not performed" . The service wait time 64 minutes, then call back was cut off ! I waited another 34 minutes for "the next available rep". Horrible experience. Will never use after hours again. The truck and site worked, not the system.
James L.The trailer had to be picked up about 20 miles from the requested site. The trailer was not inspected. We immediately noticed a noise that we diagnosed as the tires but about 600 miles into our 1200 mile trip, a wheel bearing failed due to lack of grease. Thanks to a great service man that was contacted by your Hillsborough NC office, we only lost one day of travel time. The remaining part of the trip was uneventful and return at the Palm Bay facility was great.
Raymond G.The only issue was that the trailer was not available at the location I initially selected. I ended up having to drive 25-30 minutes to pick it up rather than the 10-15 minutes it would have been otherwise. Fortunately, I was allowed to pick it up the night before I was supposed to pick it up (early in the morning) which mitigated the longer drive.
