Uhaul switch pick up locations and times on me at the last minute.. when I arrived to pick up truck, nobody was at location.. we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive, all the while was paying movers by the hour to stand around! ??????????

Worst Uhaul experience of my life. I made the reservation online the day prior: trailer and utility dolly. I get there the next morning and they did not have the trailer the website said they did, and hadn't had utility dollies there for months. So the guy offers me the trailer they do have with a $6 equipment reduction so I'm still paying the same. I get a copy of the rental contract with everything exactly as it should be for a total of 36.22. fine. I drop the trailer off 4 hours later and a few hours after I get an email with the final bill. My original reservation was cancelled and a new one created with this substitute trailer, the $6 equipment reduction is gone and I'm being charged full price $42.75. I couldn't get anywhere with them and had to deal with uhaul directly to get refunded my $6 plus tax. The whole experience with this place was a nightmare and I will go elsewhere for my uhaul needs.

Poor management your told one thing over the phone, then when you get to your location they tell you something else meaning the price quote over the phone ?? never ever will i use Uhaul again I'd rather carry it on my back.

The 24/7 experience was awful and I tried to call was on hold over an hour when we went to pick up we kept getting knocked out of app had to call again waited another hour. Got dropped off there waited an hour then had to call to get picked back up then couldn't go back until after 9. It was a MESS.. Total waste of my time was supposed to pick up at 7 it took me until 1030 pm Ridiculous...

Dropped off the truck at 10:40am. Location was supposed to be open till 1pm, but the door was locked when I tried to enter, so I used the drop box.

The young man that rented me the trailer should get a raise! He was very, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was quick to expedite my forms and get me on my way. He hooked up the trailer for me and helped me check all the lights to ensure they were working properly. KeeP HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job!

I chose this location because of its location to my home. Young man who took care of order was fine but when I went to pick up the truck for 9am....he was not there until 9:25; Several people waiting and then when I took the truck back, he again was not there to accept truck & woman did not know how to take care of. I Had to come back later!!!! Lacking in customer service. Don't know if I would recommend to anyone.

have a better process for a multiple day rental, current process requires to open a new account for the second day, little bit of hassle. It would just be a better convenience for the customer if you can just do more than one day rentals at the time of pick up.

Everything went smooth. My only complaint is that I paid for the truck in cash upon receiving it but you still put a hold on my credit card for that amount. That is stupid. You have no right to do that. You made my credit card unuseable when you knew I was going out of town. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DO THAT. Cash should always be acceptable.

the location was confusing. I put 5225 Southwestern Blvd in GPS and led me to another U-Haul location just down the street which was not manned. note on window said to return equipment on line. spent 1/2 hour until person from actual drop off location stopped by looking for me.

Originally I had requested a pickup at the Orchard Park location. Uhaul changed it to Hamburg the day before the move. This was unexpected and there should have been some form of compensation offered for the extra time, mileage, required.

The Hamburg location is good if it is close to you - I was supposed to pick up in Buffalo and this was a huge inconvenience to me. The service at Hamburg was good though he went out of his way to help me when the truck was not there. Not his fault the way uhaul manages is the issue

I ordered the truck for 9am and when I arrived no one was there. I didn't get my truck till almost 10 am. I put down for 5 hours rental time. Close to 2pm I received a call saying they needed the truck for the next rental. Had we gotten the truck at 9am like we were sapose to we would have been back before 2pm. We were on our way back when we received the call but point being he should have been there at 9am am per my agreement. He obviously cared more about the 2:30 pickup then he did ours!

I was early, and in a hurry. Tony ( who I just met for the first time ), didn't make me wait out in the cold until exactly 9am ( opening time ). He helped me get on my way as quickly and pleasantly as he could ( which really was fairly quick ). My truck was a little old and had some battle scars, but ran great. Thank you

This location was very convenient ! It had a 10ft. truck available. When I reserved it, the lady said, I could rent a "dolly" for $7.00. But when I went to pick up the truck there were no "dollies" available. It really would have been nice to have one that day. I needed to move some furniture. But the man there was very apologetic about that. (Tony Johns) I was running late to pick up the truck and wasn't sure of the exact location. (quite a few storage and rental businesses on Rt.20) I called the location and spoke to Tony who gave me very good directions and landmarks to look for. I found out he had just left me a voice mail to say he had to leave early that day. So, luckily I called and caught him before he left. He waited for me which I greatly appreciated ! Tony was very nice and friendly and explained things to me. I would definitely use this location again. I would recommend it. I would suggest having more "dollies" available. It would be nice if U-Haul didn't charge $7 for using one. It should be Free to use since we're paying for the truck, milage .99 per mile and gas to re-fill the truck. It would also be great if U-Haul would supply tie-down straps and moving blankets to use for Free. If, someone didn't return the above mentioned items with the truck then U-Haul could charge the person for them.

After hours location. The place has no personnel if needed. Sign on the door states they do not accept any drop offs so very misleading when you are trying to drop off your rental.

Rented the truck 4:50PM on Thursday. They called me Friday to see when I was bringing the truck back because they had it reserved for Saturday morning at 9:00AM. I was confused as to how long I had the truck but I returned it after they closed on Friday and before they opened on Saturday. The vehicle was clean and had more fuel in it then when I got it. They still charged me for an extra days rental even though they still had it on the lot and ready to go for the next customer.
