There was some problems with the first trailer concerning the lighting ie. The passenger side lights weren't working BUT no sweat the attendant had another trailer hitched and fully functional in minutes and on my way I went. Smaller facility but very efficient for my needs. Great overall experience! Thanks

The lady said she out it in my account for the Discount. I will never Rent from UHaul again. Experience Sucked. They had the wrong mileage plus wrong license plate number.
