I'm not gonna lie. I forgot her name but the lady that was there I don't think it was Stephanie. I think it was the actual manager. She helped me out greatly very friendly. I love the fact that she did not have any type of attitude I would definitely recommend a friend to go there. She was the best experience that I have ever had with U-Haul customer service.
Robert HerringKeep Sabrina as the Manager forever and give her a raise!!! Exceptional Exceptional customer service. My name is Stephanie and I am in the process of moving and needed a bigger unit. Sabrina made the entire process super smooth. She helped me decide how much bigger of a storage I needed and showed me the exact one I was describing! She was amazing with the rental of the Uhaul since it was a last minute decision. It was a great experience. I would also like to recognize Wendy. She helped me with picking the best box package for me along with ensuring me that she was available whenever I needed help. Sabrina and Wendy are GREAT! All star self storage did a great job withe hiring the right personnel. Thank you and will recommend!!

Ruth WatkinsLocation is a little off the beaten path, and although the service agent was polite she could've been more helpful. For instance when I initially pulled the rental into the slave closest to the office she came out and asked that I park it in software 16, which without hesitation I did. When I returned to the office and then asked can you back out on instead of head in parking? Why not say that in the beginning?

Issayana MunozSo I reserved a 20" truck Saturday nov 15th to be picked up Sunday nov 16th. The only reason why I rented from U-Haul it was because it was going to be given to me for three days. My online receipt said Sunday 15th until Wed 18th, when I go to the store to pick up the truck at the store it was saying that I was had to return it Tuesday 17th even though my receipt said Wed 18th. The person helping me reassure me that he was going to change that mistake in the system but never did. So when I returned the truck on Wed 18th like my online receipt said, they charged me $70+ for being a day late. And since I was moving I lost that paper that said return by wed 18th. I really wish they could do something to help me with this problem

JIOVANI RUIZUnreasonable clerk. Linda is rude. She demand one more gallon of gas, when according to paper we put much more than it was supposed to have. She send us back to gas station. She was upset when asked questions and made faces before explain charges. Do not go to this U-Haul, the one on Main Ave in Passaic has excellent service.

Edward TrainorPlease add a drop-box for keys. Although the hours are limited, we were hoping to drop off the truck and have a drop off box for the keys as a means of efficiency.
ANDREW KIMThis location is not a 24-hour drop off as stated on uhaul's website. We tried dropping our vehicle after hours. The lot was locked up. Do not go here to drop your vehicle off after hours. When we finally dropped off our uhaul the next day, the woman at the All-Stor office made no attempt to apologize for the miscommunication on the website. This was a very unpleasant experience.

ANDREW STEENLady was awful was screaming at us and said she was doing ys a favor by even taking truck back as it was after hours (at a 24 hr drop off location) and she kicked us off saying we better go before she closes the gate. We put $12 of gas and drove the truck maybe 30 miles and her reading was we didnt put any gas in it and she was going to charge us for gas when my husband said we had infact added gas and needle was exactly where he had picked it she said no and went on her rant! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!
