Emily SI’m not gonna lie. I forgot her name but the lady that was there I don’t think it was Stephanie. I think it was the actual manager. She helped me out greatly very friendly. I love the fact that she did not have any type of attitude I would definitely recommend a friend to go there. She was the best experience that I have ever had with U-Haul customer service.
