The service was great. Everything went smoothly and on time. Truck windshield wiper was coming apart upon leaving the parking lot after picking up the truck and the truck was a little bit dirty. Inside was chicken bones and someone's crumbs and mess and the outside was not washed. Still was okay and the truck was newer and ran great.

We had the whole journey with the door not closing tight so had wind in rhe truck. Absolutely awful and the radio speakers had blown. Which was horriendous Not what we paid for

Maureen BraunI was rented a Uhaul with a flat tire. Obviously no safety inspection was done prior to giving me this vehicle. The vehicle I was given after was filthy. I don't know what I'm paying for if it's not basic safety. I was not provided a lock for the back door and it turns out it only takes a very specific size. It took me a bunch of time to find a correct lock. I won't use this service again. This is a poorly run company and I have no confidence. I didn't receive a call the night before. I paid before hand to save time at check in but for some reason the online payment doesn't take tax so I was checking in for over an hour anyway. I was also given a vehicle with 3/4 tank gas. Nothing about this was convenient or seemed to acknowledge the mover's experience.

Jill GloinThe lady that I dealt with was excellent. The only issue for me was, when I picked up the truck, the gas tank was supposedly full. I drove the truck a total of 6,4 miles, and filled the truck up before returning it. The cost took to fill was $20. I don't believe the truck was right full when I picked it up.

The gentleman didnt know how to work his online program which caused us to wait an hour while he tried to figure it out. Would not recommend someone to use the location to rent a uhaul. The truck was dirty inside and the front right headlight was burnt out.

Daniel Theriaultif i wanted to do all the work i would but i chose haul to assist in my moving. which should of been easy but i had to spend hours on the phone instead tracking down my booking and equipment needed. that is your job not mine it should be at the location i booked it with on the day i booked it for especially when i book it with months notice but no i had to waste my time and fuel picking up my order in different locations.

John HamiltonThe only thing is that there are 2 of them within a 2 block radius and we went to the wrong one and had to go around a tight corner to go to the other one with the 26 foot truck, I wish they could just take it at the one we parked at. But the staff was friendly and it was a good experience all around! Very impressed and pleased!! Thank you!
Debbie GillThe people here are friendly and helpful. However I am thoroughly disappointed with the reserve system. A phone rep (not at this location) informed me that unless I reserve 6 weeks in advance they are unable to actually guarantee to have what I need. 2 weeks should be plenty for a moving business based on distribution. 2 hours away is not acceptable for guaranteed availability.

JIMMY SCHANKWhen I called to book the truck I was told a price. When I went to pick it up the price was $150 more. They also charged me for extra days that I did not need. They said there was nothing they could do to change it!!

Everytime I rent from uhaul there is always a mix up and I was not impressed, I have spent a lot of money with uhaul and everytime it's a shit show! Not happy.

RAY ZICHWe had a very bad drop off experience and we will probably never rent a u-haul again. We also had difficulties with our first rental experience a year ago so this second rental problem has added to our poor opinion of u-haul renting.

DAN WALCHUKThis location was excellent, but we had reserved a truck out of Red Deer the Saturday before that never showed up and were told that there were none other available in our area. We got back to Olds after being told we'd get a $50 voucher if we rebooked. About 20 minutes later after getting on the phone to u-haul head office they said their was a truck In Sundre we could pick up. It was too late by then because we had cancelled all our help and it was late in the day. When we politely asked what was going to be done because we had been promised a truck and we had to be out of our house that day they insisted that $50 was all they could do. So now we are out for 85km of gas, storage for a week and hotel for a week because we counted on a company that cared nothing about their customer. And we actually never got the $50 either because we didn't rebook through the same pick-up location. If there had been another truck rental option in the area we would never have used u-haul after how we were treated on the phone by u-haul and your customer service.

NZIRA JARICHAThe closest drop off point when we picked up the truck was 60km from where we were going. The next day, the delivery point was changed to somewhere else, another 60km. Further away. This would have required nearly 3 hours driving just to drop off the truck. Ridiculous!

STEVEN HURLBURTReceptionist did not have any knowledge of rules or regulations. Was not friendly and made it quite clear it was not her job to deal with the truck or my inquires about details such as if the drop off point was open .
