Drop off location was closed at my return. There was no one available to assist me in dropping off the vehicle or to listen to my concerns. Upon travelling to the open return location that was a few blocks away, they informed me that I would be charged a fee for dropping it at the place not designated in my contract.

I found U haul to be a very difficult company to deal with as I did every thing over the phone . I was easy to book a truck but from there when I got to the truck it was a nightmare to get the keys at the location.

Truck windshield wiper was coming apart upon leaving the parking lot after picking up the truck and the truck was a little bit dirty. Inside was chicken bones and someone’s crumbs and mess and the outside was not washed. Still was okay and the truck was newer and ran great.
