The check in process needs improvement. Took an hour to get the vehicle which cut into the reserved time.

Isreal VVehicle need to be clean and regular maintenance service done. The truck that rented was dirty on the inside of the cab and the box inside was also dirty. The service lite stayed on the entire time and the air conditioner did not work.
Joy HI reserved an appliance dolly with the trailer and they did not have the dolly when I picked up the trailer. I had to drive across town to pick up a dolly at another location. This is unacceptable and nothing was done to compensate for the bad inconvenience.

Bryce CStrap ratchets were difficult to move due to rust. Tie down straps were broken upon pickup, but originating facility replaced them.

Jon LThe two young men that helped me Collin and Kalon (not sure the exact spelling) were very professional, very helpful and represented your company well. The only issue was … Collin reserved a truck for me and apparently another employee, I believe her name is Lisa, canceled my reservation and assigned it to someone else. When I went to pick up the truck Friday at 5:00 Collin was trying to figure out what to do because the truck that he had reserved for me had been canceled and assigned to somebody else he very politely asked me if I could possibly come back the next morning at 9:00 to get a different truck. I said yes. He called me at 8:30 the next morning and said that the same truck that had been canceled was back and it was ready to be rented so I was able to actually get the same truck. Lisa unnecessarily put these two young men in a precarious situation but they handled it in a professional manner.
linda SI reserved a 6X12 trailer at the 34th street location in Lubbock, Texas. When I arrived I was informed that they didn't have any trailers available. They sent me to another location on 51st street. They had a trailer, but their printer wasn't working, so they couldn't print out the paperwork. They asked me to come back. I was on a tight schedule and already late because of the problem at the 34th street earlier. I didn't make my appointment in Oklahoma City because of the delay. To say that I'm upset is an understatement. Hopefully I can get some sort of compensation for the lost revenue due to the delay.

Casimira SI was overcharged for fuel service fee and for fuel charge. I have submitted a review and have requested a refund. The vehicle had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I drove off the lot. On my way to my home I stopped and put $30 of fuel in this truck guaranteeing that I would be able to make my trip without any issues. I returned the truck to your lot last evening with essentially the same amount of fuel that I drove off of the lot with. I would request a refund as soon as possible for the service charge in this fuel fee. Merci.
