There was a reservation made under my name that I didn't approve of and the uhaul was still given to the person who was picking up . Why would that be allowed because if there was any damage done to the truck I didn't get I would be hell liable for it ! Now explain to me how that happened ! I will be calling and asking for your corporate number because this is ridiculous! I never gave permission to this person to put my name in the uhaul that was rentedMonica C.

What great customer service. I called just before closing and they were very accommodating. The pickup took less than 15 minutes and the return 5 minutes. This will be my go to from now on for any moving supplies or equipment. THANK U UHUAUL AT ALPINE MARKET.Julia H.

This UHaul location is by far one of the best locations I've been to. The manager is super professional, attentive to details, and very personable. This is my go-to Uhaul location, and I always refer friends and family to it. All UHaul locations should learn from this one. A+++Rony D.
My experience With Alpine was Ok. BUT.!! my experience with U-Haul was horrible.. Not only did you fail on my delivery of a truck, you sent us to two different locations to pick up the vehicle we ordered. I paid two workers an extra 2 hrs. each to retrieve your error. Unfortunately we are stuck with your service, and if in the near future I am in the option to USE or recommend your service,, I will decline.Michael D.
The day following the rental pick-up there was a phone call from the store rep asking in an angry tone "where is my truck?" I explained there was a delay. He was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. His tone and word selection should not be used with paying customers. The truck was returned in the evening but we did not find a drop box for the key so we planned on returning when shop opened in morning (the web site indicated 9 a.m.). I received another rude call prior to 9 a.m. demanding that I return the key at once. These two phone calls ruined the whole experience. Also, the mileage charge seems excessive. Customers should be treated and spoken to respectfully, the cost applied to my card is 247,41 $ which I consider to be a lot of money.Carolina S.

The truck was in working condition, but so old! Seats were ripped and stuff was coming out, the exterior paint on the cabin was peeling off terribly in many locations, a lot of damage not x-marked made me super uncomfortable to drive this truck after self-checking out. The location was dirty, dumpsters with old furniture and trash all around and the gate to the alley where my truck was parked was not locked. I had a super hard time finding the keys because they are in an unmarked box in a completely random location far away from the garages. The only reason I took the vehicle is because I was in a hurry, but it took me extra 40 minutes to locate my truck and keys, record the damage, and speak to uhaul before being able to go.Camila P.
Signage was poor, hard to tell that it was the Uhaul store I was looking for since it is actually inside of a small shopping center. It is also not in the nicest area. The service, however, was great. I felt well taken care of and trusted the employees. They even offered to watch my car for me since I was afraid of it being broken into.Austin S.
Not have to lift a the trailer 6Ã—12 by hand to put it on your trailer hitch specially when many people have bad backs arthritis tendencies carpaltunnel ect..... like I had to connect and disconnect that's ridiculous!! So no I won't bother recommending this location to anybody and that's to bad because with some minor adjustments and a better access to get equipment in and out would help a great deal.Michael P.

Knowing that we had a reservation and had completed the information requested prior to the date of rental we assumed it wouldn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes. They were checking in a truck. It took us 45 min to get through the rental process and the location is not exactly the nicest of places. Not very satisfied with the service at all. Also the person that was working customer service nor any of the employees were wearing masks. The woman stated she already had COVID and couldn't get it again. This order began at UHaul's North Stockton location on Tam O'Shanter. I made a reservation for a 26 foot truck several days before needing it. I contracted with an independent moving company to assist with the loading. This contract was non-cancellable at short notice. I called the morning of pick up for a 12;30 pick up and reconfirmed availability at UHaul. Upon arrival at 12 noon, I was told the truck was due in at any moment. The UHaul office contacted the previous renter and was told they could not bring the vehicle back. There were a variety of vehicles in the lot, of various sizes, but I was told that there was nothing over 10 feet available to me. I asked about several vehicles entering the lot and a variety of ones parked in the lot, but was told they were all "reserved". I asked, "what am I?" I was then instructed to drive across town to some smaller UHaul outlet, and that they might be abler to help me. They did. But a number of questions arise. I know that the Tam O'Shanter facility "fined the lady who was Late" 100 $. I heard this on the phone. Several regular UHaul customers say this should have been given to me. Due to how long this all took, I am out of pocket 200 $for not having a truck on time for the labor team to pack. Who pays that? Talking to Budget and Enterprise right now about taking care of my business...Paul B.

Friendly customer service. Back area where they store the u-hauls looked a little sketchy. Do not recommend the "fast and easy" self-check-in process; there was nothing fast or easy about it. I had to cancel my reservation and re-do a reservation in person.Katrina T.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for accommodating me to use the car trailer with the ability to return after hours, knowing a customer would be taking the unit the next morning. The manager provided a key to the locked enclosure, if I needed to return the trailer later in the evening.
