My location to pick up the truck was Manteca, but Uhall change the location to Stockton without informing me, then I had to drive to Stockton to pick up the truck, and get back to Manteca. I paid extra labor just because they need to wait for me to get back from Stockton, and I paid extra mileage to Uhall just because I had to drive back to Manteca from Stockton

Lynette A.WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE THE GUY GREETED MY HUSBAND AND I WITH ASKING US IF WE ARE GYPSY I SAID NO WHY EVEN THOUGH MY WIFE HAS A SMALL PERCENTAGE AND HE SAID OKAY GOOD I DONT LIKE TO RENT TO THOSE PEOPLE. and then he kept going on about how he thinks gypsys are all assholes and need to be terminated. I was going to leave right when i heard that but he had the truck we needed. my family uses U Haul a lot and have never had a person greet us with are you gypsies because those people are assholes and he doesn't like to rent to them smh.
Kimberly G.The trailer I used was great. ONLY THING I would say is check them tires when I got to my destination I noticed I was pulling a trailer on bald tires but other then that it was amazing
