Ryder, the agent at the facility was friendly, polite and professional. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I made a mistake in the reservation and he promptly fixed my mistake. Five stars! (out of five).

PaulD ReynoldsI could not pull the vehicle I was driving into the lot (an extended Merc 2500 camper conversion). When encountering the desk person and saying that I didn't believe I could get the rig into the spot and have a turnaround spot. The guy became very short and said moving the trailer would be a service fee. I asked why and that lot would not allow room for my vehicle, I was happy to help move it, I just didn't believe that my vehicle would make the turn, nor was there a place to turn around. He became irate, cussed at me, said he was going to blacklist me, etc. When I started to video him, he changed his tone somewhat and said just to leave. He claimed I came in with an attitude first, which was not the case, I simply was saying that I couldn't make the turn-in and turn around with this large of a vehicle. I helped him push the trailer into spot, yet he was still very rude and condescending.

Ken MielyTruck reserved was not available. Wrong phone number entered so they cancelled my reservation. Had movers showing up the next day. Ended up with a truck about half the size of the one reserved and paid extra time to the movers for additional trips back and forth.
Kevin GibsonThis was the second time I rented a truck at this uhaul location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended uhaul to my neighbors and two of my neighbors rented a truck too.
Carla DennisWas told a fee of $20 for assistance in unloading vehicle from trailer safely- minimum guidance to ensure ailments while backing off resulting in damage to my vehicle , tire ( had to be replaced) , realignment needed and trailer. I will never use U-HAUL AGAIN

Michal OleksyThe guy at the counter was super rude. I did not know we needed to find an alternate place to park our personal vehicle - until I arrived and was told so in a super rude manner. The location was really difficult to get in and out of - mirrors of all u-hauls next to each other were turned in b/c there was no space - I could not even fit between two vehicles on the passenger side to inspect. This also makes it really hard for people who aren't used to driving trucks. The vehicle had almost 200K miles and was really loud and drove terribly. I will never rent from uhaul, specifically this location again.
Michelle MarlowThe guy said he couldn't help me get a a hotel room or a storage unit like it's clearly indicated I'm I'm due or offered as part of my one-way trip I want to talk to a m*********** about it but I was too upset and want to get rid of that thing cuz I had it for an extra week they didn't want cuz injured for the huge f****** rash plus dripping out of my butt and then the swelling went for my ass to my nut sack and then has now gone into everything for my knees to my navel all my fat tissue so my thighs are like water beds and I had stretch marks and I have no stretch marks and I'm huge and I lost weight so that's saying something thanks for nothing

The man that waited on knew that Jacob UHAL in Eureka got the destination drop wrong. And he went out of his way to correct the problem so I would have to pay for a$2000 wrong drop off fee. I would highly recommend a friend to these people who work at the Alpine Glenwood Springs, Colorado, UHAL. My nephew and I were very satisfied with the excellent service.
Brinda TaylorI reserved a vehicle weeks in advance, received a call a few days out to let me know that the 15' truck wasn't available anymore, which was an issue as I needed a larger truck. I made it clear I needed the larger truck and I was told it couldn't be promised till 2 days out. I received email on June 28th confirming that the 15' truck was reserved for me. On the 30th when I was to pick it up (at 10am) I received a call at 1030 saying this vehicle was no longer available for me but I was back to the 10'. I was offered a $50 credit for this issue. I sent my partner to pick up the 10' vehicle but when he arrived it was no longer there and had just been rented to someone else. I have provided a 1 star review because that is what is deserved. What is the purpose of a reservation if it doesn't reserve a vehicle? even in the 48 hour window I was told it would be reserved it wasn't (because another renter had extended - not my problem). Absolutely terrible experience and unless a policy change is made which allows reservations to actually be reservations I will never be using Uhaul again.
TIMOTHY SACKI have experienced an issue with billing and the agent at the location was unable to override the error in the billing due to corporate coding. Please call me at 972 302 2756 to resolve this issue. Merci.

Warren KishParking is a big issue. If I am a single person who wants to come in, park my car, use the Uhaul and return it then I have to be dependent on another person to drop me off and then pick me up. That is not a good situation to be in. You are not encouraging an empowered and independent customer base. Work to get assigned parking for customers and this should be great for everyone!
