I had a confirmation for a 26' truck and the day before pick up was told one that size was not available. I had to travel 30 miles to get one that size. I did the 24/7 as pickup was after business hours and after checking in at the pickup location it took 50 mins And 2 really long holds on the phone line to open the old lock box Only to get into the cab and it smelled of animal excrement. To add to all this I ordered 24 blankets and none were in the truck.

Upon arriving it was extremely difficult to even find a place to park. The UHaul clerk lacked any type of personality - never greeted never spoke a word until this is your cost - sign. Professionalism did not exist.

Even with the very early reservation, I had to wait for the trailer to be delivered to location for my pick up They should have been prepared & had it there waiting for me instead of me having to wait for them to go somewhere else & get it & then back to location & it hooked up for me to take..

Very rude Manager Dan I believe his name was. I felt discriminated for my skin color being brown. Very rude and bad attitude while I was asking questions being a first time customer at a u-haul center and had never rented a Car-Dolly before. Made me feel so bad and wonder how many other Latino-Mexican people he has made feel the same. What a shame!!! Wouldn't recommend only because of customer service other wise good quality Car-Dolly Thank You!

These are great guys. I've rented from them before. Very helpful. Equipment is there, versus being directed to another location. Call them direct. The reservation system on U-Haul is Terrible.

Windshield and interior were filthy, the Vans Brakes had clearly been overheated by a previous customer which created a vibration during braking. The Van was very expensive at .40 cents a mile over dissatisfied with the rental experience.

As always your subcontractors, the people at the pickup and drop off locations, etc are great. Your website and all of the automated stuff - not so much. I have rented from U-haul several times and every time you have stumbled over pickup and drop off locations and times. Reserving the equipment on your website is a headache because it is cumbersome and not fully functional - the user ends up having to call you to get certain things done. In the age of the Covidian Invasion, when you are trying to automate things as much as possible, you need either REALLY good software or plenty of easily accessible human help, and you have neither.

I tried to self return through my phone But couldnt get a inter-net connection. (it seems to be a dead spot through no fault of this location) However if there was an open wi-fi connection at this location it would be helpful!. When the shop opened they quickly processed my return and I had no problems with their excellent service.

Have your computer system working properly. My experience was so bad. From trying to get the truck I reserved to returning it. I had no wifi in the parking lot and no bars on my phone so I could not complete the process. By pure luck my friend had Verizon and together we were able to return the truck. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck and yiur office was not able to generate a contract. Meanwhile I was paying an hourly rate for movers. I will never use this location again and will think long and hard before I ever even think about using U Haul for anything.

The older gentleman who rented the equipment to me was rude and impatient. He requested I sign the attestation stating that the trailer was clean and without damage and I requested to see the trailer first. He stated there was no time and wouldn't allow me to see it without completing the paperwork. I would not rent a uhaul or come back to this location for service or support ever again. In regards to the equipment, when I went to pick it up, the trailer lights didn't work and I was asked if I would be driving at night. When I said yes, they took the time to fix the lights on the trailer prior to my leaving. Due to the extreme lack of kindness and customer service and the complete disregard for safety, I would never recommend this location to anyone.

The owner here is very nice but the man who checked us in was not customer focused. It took 20 minutes to check us in and he charged our credit card for additional mileage without telling us. We've been to this store several times and it's always good, but this man needs to be friendly.

The guy who runs this place (Alpine Motors/U-Haul in Glenwood Springs) is awful and he overcharged me $156. I spoke with him a couple times about doing a no contact drop off because of the virus and I have a daughter with serious medical problems. He was abrupt on the phone and not at all pleasant. I dropped off the trailer an hour ago and he came out of his office and berated me. I had done nothing to deserve this. I merely told him that I was the one who had arranged for a no contact drop off and he raised his voice and said "I know that but I've been busy." I then got back to my home and he sent me a receipt saying that I had not returned all the blankets and he charged me $156 extra. That is false. I returned all the blankets I was given. If he really believed I was short he should have told me at the time. I have spent thousands of dollars with Uhaul over the years.

Rented a 6x12 trailer. Trailer was dirty outside. Clean inside. 2 men working were very helpful and professional. Have rented from this location and will rent in the future. Rented a furniture dolly. Waste of money as is too small and clumsy.
