Loved the 24/7 drop off how having to download the uhal app to check out was very annoying. It would have better if the QR code would sent you to the internet instead and not have to create a login

I ordered to pick up in Gypsum and had to go out of my way to Glenwood. Not happy
JOHN Gwhen we went to pick up our truck, there was a computer glitch in the servers that caused a delay in the paper process. We understand that these things can happen and the rental agency handled the situation without frustration and communicated with us through the process.
ROBERT RDirty windshield on the inside but outside was clean. And they did a good job putting my car on a trailer, but didn’t show me how to get it off and the ratchet strap didn’t work when I tried to drop it off. had to take it to the recipient, and have them do it. Also, the drivers door kept alarming that it was open, but I had closed it tight I thought.
