It would appear that they also run a party bus rental business and a "limo" (black car) rental business. There wasn't a good place to park and the staff was standing around outside not wanting to be helpful. I would rather drive further to find a real UHaul dealer.

The truck was brand new with only 1,000 miles on it. It has more power than expected and was super clean and still had that new car smell. Also, the dollys were a huge help and were new and easy to use also. Customer service was also great! I took longer than expected and was accommodated every step of the way

The only issue (perhaps not related to this specific location but uhaul system) is that our reservation was changed to another location then changed back. We went to the wrong location. Hope that Uhaul system can do better on communication to keep customers up to date.

This people that work with y'all charged me 52 miles for an In town move that was only a 20 mile ( really less ) trip.... other times I have used uhaul before people walk you to your truck ... go thru the miles and walk around with you ... equipment is clean etc . This location completely different...It was my fault for not looking at the miles true but after talking to the owner there about it he try to throw an object at me and told me to get out ... I won't be using uhaul no more in the future . Bad customer service experience

I was given a truck that was not road worthy. I will most likely never use U-Haul again and I have used them all my life. It was dangerous and I almost got in a wreck as the truck broke down. I barely made it off the road safely and had to transfer all my possessions by myself in the rain. I should be compensated at least half the cost of the move or I will choose to never use you again.

Was given 1 price over the phone. Encountered a very aggressive upsell. After debating for 3 min. And showing my phone that I call 32 min ago and was given a price only then was a small truck provided for the $$ promised. I drove under 5 miles was charged for 9. Filled up for $3. I drove Lea then 5 miles. Was also charged 7.50 for gas. Total crooks. Called to inquire about this was given some BS story. Total shit experience. And got ripped off.

Make sure vehicle maintenance is updated. The reverse kept going into Neutral. And hard to place in drive. Make sure mileage is correct and go out with the customer to identify the mileage and any markings on the truck to even how to lift the back of the truck. I was told the vehicle was in between 1/4 and 3/4 ans bring vehicle back on 1/4 tank. I place $4.00 in the tank I drove up to total 3 miles. I paid cash and didn't have a receipt so the company charged me for gas over 10.00 for gas. I feel this location did not access the situation properly. Customers should be right especially when it is clear the vehicle was not driven over 10 miles and the vehicle shift wasn't working properly. Instead they said it's not their problem I should've informed them earlier. And became arguably with the customer. Not professional with customers with concerns.

The location and people were nice. However, I will never recommend or use uhaul again. I tried to rent a 10ft uhaul, and uhaul would not let them release it to me. They had 2 available. Uhaul said they were in town only, even though the truck had in writing on the side “ONE WAY or in town”!! We ended up renting a 26 ft, which was a disaster. I could not even get gas without fear of having an accident. Horrible experience

There is no signage so you know what building to go in. The truck we reserved was not there but they upgraded to a larger truck without additional expense. When we got to our apartment and opened the back, it was dirty. There was trash, nails and broken glass so we had to clean it before we could use it.

Not let a truck that has a battery issue leave the shop. Just saying that “it's been sitting a week and with the cold weather” as an explanation for why you had to jump the truck before giving to a customer. “Just let it run 10 minutes or so once you get to your destination” is not ideal instructions for a customer. I made sure to ask if this would be a problem for me and was assured that it would not. I let it run for over thirty minutes after I arrived at my destination and once turned off it would not start again. Had to jump it just to get to my final destination. Figure the kick the can down the road approach was implemented...just waiting on a one way trip to make it someone else's problem.

This was the WORST U-Haul experience EVER. Truly anyone can sell U-Hauls at this point, as it appears. My experience picking up was sub-par. It was in a sketchy location in Dallas where I wasn't even able to identify the location. It took me 10 mins to find this place walking around a terrible neighborhood. And to top it off the company wouldn't answer their damn phone to give me direction on which building was theirs. My experience dropping off was THE WORST EVER. The location was in an even sketchier location in Fort Worth, again almost not identifiable. There were no U-Haul outside and it was a tiny ghetto gas station with 6 homeless people standing outside of it. I was so scared and had 0 direction I didn't even know what to do with the key , and once AGAIN the place was not answering their phone. So I drove back home with the key, called support and had to go all the way back to drop the key off (this time with a male so I was safe) which lead me to be an hour late dropping off at this sketchy ass place and the icing on top is that I got charged an extra day!!! Best experience ever

Your app return was not available online to return. It needs to be revised and glitches sorted out. It kept saying no reservations then it popped up eventually after 30mins took me 1/2 way through and crashed. An hour at drop then I left the key with on-site agent.

There were multiple U-Haul vehicles parked along the street, not just at the designated address. There was also construction blocking the street from through-access. These two factors together made the drop-off confusing. Further, the staff from the pick-up location told us that dropping of U-Haul vehicles at a non-U-Haul location can be challenging in trying to find the key dropbox, and that if we did not see it, to leave the keys under the seat and lock the vehicle. So, we left the keys under the seat and locked the vehicle. This turned out to be a huge mistake and the staff from the pick-up location says they are "pretty sure" they told us not to lock the vehicle; because we did, the drop-off location has charged us $175.00 to make a new key. We visited the original pick-up location to ask them for their help in figuring out the matter and they sent in a contact form; the contact personnel from the drop-off location called me, but hung up the phone when we answered. Ultimately, we are frustrated by the gross miscommunication between personnel and customers, along with apparent disconnect and lack of cohesiveness between U-Haul facilities.

They stole money from me! They charged me an unauthorized 41 dollars when i brought it back!! I have the original receipt with the amount they charged me originally then another 41 was taken out of my bank! I am pissed!! Terrible and unprofessional!! sketchy building.

Get rid of that female with the child shredding talons that she thinks are sexy. She has a seriously bad and entitled attitude. I will never use these people to rent a U-Haul. They are misrepresentating their location. I took a taxi, and was dropped off... I was then made to walk 6 blocks in the heat while 4 months pregnant in one of the worst areas I've ever been in in South downtown Dallas. I was actually afraid for my life!

The rates you advertise are a gross misrepresentation of the actual price gouging that you inflict on us. I believe that your daily in-town rate is fraudulent and takes advantage of your customers who, upon turning in the truck, are absolutely SHOCKED by the sticker shock of our final bill and amount due. Moreover, the agent who checked out my husband threatened to call the police on him when my husband informed him he had to move more money into our account to cover the astronomical amount we still owed..... I am absolutely beside myself at how poorly UHAUL has treated us, and even more shocked that the more than $100 you over-charged us is not theft. How is what you have done legal?
