Had a very bad interaction with a person at this location. This person was trying to take my uhaul claiming to be a uhaul staff and it was already after hours. Was not able to identify himself as a uhaul employee but kept insisting he was. The person even tried getting into the truck without my permission and that when we stopped him. Proceeded to return uhaul throught the self drop off but terrible and scary experience.

I was charged for 3 day Cargo rental when I only had it for 7 hours. Called to speak to business and was told my invoice was closed and there nothing they can do!!! I only drove 51 miles and was almost $200 bucks

When I encountered a dilemma, the manager was unwilling to help me resolve it. There was zero desire/attempt to have his admin assistant place a telephone call to Uhaul (on my behalf) for resolution.

Location of office was hard to find. Truck was parked for pick up a block and a half away from the actual office. Also it was in a not-so-safe area of town. Also didn't have the extra equipment I had reserved as well.

Charged me for 69 miles when I clearly only drove 40. Didn't have packing mats and said he took it off the ticket but never did and then charged me for overtime fee when I returned it before closing. Extremely unprofessional and not honest people who work here. Also birds in the office that poop all over the place making it smell terrible. Will not recommend or ever use again at this location.

Truck was not ready when I arrived. Wasn't on the lot & I had to wait until Truck was cleaned. Paper noted there was 1/4 tank of gas, but it was empty and didn't notice until I was at my apt location for loading. Was already late because truck wasn't ready, then I had to leave and get gas because I knew I would not make it to my next location without filling up.

The man who answers the phone is very rude, he hung up on me five times. He was not helpful at all, he sounds foreign, I don't think he understands how customer service should be here. I didn't get his name, bit I think he's the employee in charge on the weekend, should fire him!!!

I paid for and very much needed a furniture and it was not in the truck when I picked it up. Since I did mobile pickup no one was there to contact and the move was much more difficult without it. The truck itself was great and the pickup/drop off was easy.

The brakes locked up on me on the highway!!!! I had to exit with brakes that were stuck. They started smoking and eventually caught on fire. A lot of smoke and smelled awful. Then I called the uhaul roadside assistance and the wait time was over 20 minutes, and in that time that I was on hold, my phone died. So I was stuck stranded with a load in the back of the truck I was supposed to deliver to my clients. I messed with the brakes until they became un-stuck. But every time I would press the brakes, it would lock up and I had to turn off the truck and start it again to reset the brakes. Something is totally wrong with that truck. It almost made me miss my flight. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I returned the rental the same day and closed out online as well as uploaded pictures with the fuel level as well as odometer and all other pictures required. Location charged me for two days as well as fuel charge and Afterhours drop off that was indicated prior to the rental and it was a self checkout! This is unacceptable!

There were no attendants so I felt uneasy leaving the truck with no lock and more than 1/2 tank of gas in sort of an unpopulated area of Dallas.

This was the sketchiest place I've ever been to. Like some back alley, money laundering, drug deal in the back lot type of place. The guy working here was running multiple businesses and was constantly on the phone. I'm not talking about Uhaul business either. He runs a limousine and some other auto repair shop shit in the same yard. I'm not joking when I say that this is a rough neighborhood. I would strongly advise against visiting this place after dark. It was interesting to say the least. The signage is poor in this location as well. I had to triple check to make sure I was even in the correct place. I will NOT ever use this location again.

Box truck had issues. Check engine light came, truck engine felt like it wanted to stall a few time. Parked the vehicle at the house and it took over 1hr tonget someone on the phone to report the issue. Rep stated they would have a manager call back . No response.

I returned the uhaul at 5:51pm. I have proof. I took pics of when I dropped off cause the place looked shady. Then I get a notification that the uhaul was taken in at 630. Causing a charge of $20. So there's obviously a criminal element to what those owners are doing. Will discuss with my legal team while I wait for the manager over the drop off location to call me.

I stopped in the day before my rental and the office manager was very helpful in confirming my rental. She was great an asset to the team. The day of the rental, the owner was very helpful, professional, and thorough in his explanation for the rental.

Remove this person from your database! The vehicles are kept in a vacant lot, off a major highway and look abandoned. Not to mention his office/storefront is nearly 3 blocks away from the truck pick up point. To make matter worse, when we made it to the truck, it was damaged, was on EMPTY and the owner sends a contract AFTER we've left with incorrect gas/mileage! I am more than irate.

Wish we would have checked that the running lights were on. We checked brake lights and blinkers, which worked, but the running lights didn't. We drove overnight from Dallas to Denver.

Receipt says I returned the truck 8 hours after I actually returned it, which gave me a $20 after hours fee. Was also charged a $40 “rental charge” that was not mentioned either when I reserved online or at the office.

The truck I picked up had a tire at 30PSI which had a running slow flat on it and the truck now has a fully flat tire due to this not only is it incredibly dangerous but also the cost of $650 for a truck that could have ruptured a tire at any point causing a serious accident is surely ?illegal?

The location is in a largely unmarked and unprofessional building. The staff appeared to be engaged in a plethora of other businesses on top of operating the U-Haul business which felt very unprofessional. On top of asking us to get the truck ourselves from a the bail bond place next door to telling my husband, currently limping and wearing a knee brace from an ACL tear, to go into a different truck and retrieve a dolly himself, the staff was just abysmal and I felt unsafe leaving our car in the parking lot. If I could do it again, I would go to any other U-Haul in the Dallas area.

When I picked up the UHaul the employee seemed unaware that they worked at a UHaul location. When I got the keys to the uhaul, the engine light was on. I expressed concern to the employee since I was driving 2,5 hrs and she said “there's nothing in the system about it, you'll be fine”. When I returned the uhaul the employee brushed me off and answered a phone call instead of talking to me so I just gave him the key and left, because he told me to. Then I got charged $20 for “after hours return” on a Saturday at 2:00pm when the facility was literally OPEN from 10am-4:30pm. Terrible experience, you guys suck.

The passenger side mirror was held on with blue painters tape. It was so loose I was afraid it was gonna fall off while we were driving. The alignment on the vehicle was fine but the steering wheel was so crooked that the logo in the middle faced 2 o'clock. The windshield was COVERED in bird poop. A lot of it. I am shocked that they would rent a vehicle in this condition. I cannot believe they weren't embarrassed. This just goes to show how little regard they have for providing a quality product. Never again

This location was in a bad area and the one woman that was there was of no help at all. The only thing she did well was process my credit card. Apparently she was supposed to make sure the trailer was on the hitch correctly and take pictures. She did none of that.

Made a reservation online, arrived and the guy said he didn't have the equipment but he had a larger truck if we wanted to pay more. I started to call Uhaul and then magically a truck of the correct size arrived.

The site allowed me to select an 8am pickup time but when I get there the store isn't open until 10am. This is at no fault of the store and fully on uhaul for allowing this. I planned my move around 8am move time and it messed everything up.
