The staff at the rental location was friendly, and gave us a great idea of how it all works to rent the u-haul. The week of rental turned out to have some foul weather and also the move itself took longer than expected. The availability to extend the rental via the u-haul app was very convenient and eliminated some stress when plans were delayed. Excellent experience! Thanks Als!
Ecaterina Pran into some issues with my vehicle where we need ed the expertise of their mechanic - they were terrific
MARK HI reserved Moving blankets and a two wheel dolly, and I made this reservation weeks in advance. However, when I arrive to pick up my U-Haul truck, they told me they did not have either. That really made my move very very more difficult. Their whole operation was dirty, dingy and not well organized.
W DI can’t think of anything that can be improved. One of my trucks broke down. I had to have a truck very quickly. I explained it to the lady and she took care of me as fast as she could get me in and out quickly. Awesome service!
