RANDOLPH WI didn't like that we only had the van for 1 hour and the total cost was almost $50 for a $20 van. The extra fees were not good. Oh and we only drove 1 mile total.
TIFFANY MTruck needs to be inspected for leak.
RINKU PU-Haul was exceptional. We had a winter storm and they worked with us on extending until it was safe to drive.

CHUN SI took a photo of the drop off milage and was charged two more miles then what I left it with but I wasn't going to fight for two miles. The truck stinked we had to pulled down the windows to drive it but I think they are dishonest charges like an "environmental fee". I thought the way to drop it off was great and the service was great. But overall I still wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially considering they only give you four hours…

AMBER TThis was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul in 30 years. When I picked up the truck, I was surprised because it was extremely filthy. It had not been washed. There were bug guts all over the windshield and the mirrors And the interior smelled like cigarette smoke and had clearly not ever been wiped down as the steering wheel was sticky, and there was dust and grime all over the interior. There were Pine-needles all along the base of the windshield and in the wheel wells. The paint was peeling, and there was a strange sound like rubbing metal coming from underneath the vehicle. Although I didn't appreciate the condition of the vehicle, I figured it was just An Oklahoma thing, but I assumed that the mechanical aspects of the vehicle would be fine since I have never had an issue in the past. I drove to my storage unit which was a couple miles away, and I noticed that it was a rough ride to the storage unit, but I figured because the truck was empty. Sometimes they can be wobbly. I loaded up my truck. it took a couple hours then I went and got some dinner and at approximately 5:30 PM I hit the road heading towards California. I was in for a 24+ hour drive. as soon as I hit the freeway, the truck actually began to jump. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway still in Oklahoma to assess what was going on with the suspension. Realizing that the U-Haul dealership had closed, I knew that I needed to proceed with caution as I was now stuck with this vehicle because I was on a time crunch to get back to California by Sunday night. The drive from Oklahoma City to the outskirts of New Mexico was horrendous. The steering was extremely difficult because there was a lot of play in the steering wheel and the alignment was off so it kept pulling to the right. I had a difficult time staying in lanes and after about six hours of driving my left arm hurt so bad from trying to keep the vehicle from going to the right. The truck also kept bouncing all over the road, jumping from front axle to rear axle due to the horrible suspension, which also caused my stuff to shift every which way. At approximately 11 PM Saturday night I hit a storm in New Mexico with severe winds and rain. The filthy truck and windshield (that I tried to clean before I left) caused the windshield to become thick with mud and the windshield wipers were barely attached and were smearing the dirt and debris everywhere. I pulled over and fixed them myself in 50 mile an hour winds and then realized there was no windshield wiper fluid. I could not see anything and was forced to use gatorade to wash the smeared dirt off the windshield. At this point, I realized this truck was not safe to drive any longer, and I called roadside assistance which I paid for. The first person that I spoke with hung up on me and the second person that I got a hold of asked me why I didn't do my due diligence and check the windshield washer fluid before I took the vehicle!! I have never been spoken to by any representative of U-Haul in 30 years. I paid Over $1200 to make sure that the fluids were topped off!!! Come to find out, it wasn't even a windshield washer fluid issue. It was a broken windshield washer fluid pump. I asked if I could switch out my truck in the morning with a safer truck since I was having so much difficulty steering the vehicle and they told me they don't do that. I am a single woman driver by myself in the middle of the night driving from Oklahoma City to California, and they would not change my truck out for a safer vehicle!!! I sat on the side of the road until approximately 5 o'clock in the morning until the storm had passed. I began driving again, still frustrated with the fact that I could barely steer the vehicle. When I got to Needles, California - Basically the beginning of the Mojave desert death Valley, my tire pressure light for the rear passenger side went on. I was stuck on the road not being able to steer my vehicle, the pressure in my tire was low and I was on an 86 mile stretch of road with no exit and no gas stations. I drove very slowly through the hottest part of the desert in 112° weather, literally uphill, finally reaching a gas station to fill the tire with air. I proceeded to do this at least five times throughout 150 miles of desert driving. Finally, I made the call to roadside assistance AGAIN to let them know that the tire was not holding air and I needed to change the tire. This is now 24 hours after I had called to ask for a different truck!!!!!! The changing of the tire took over two hours, I was only three hours away from home, but this truck made me 10 hours late. I am extremely upset with the way that this was handled - or NOT HANDLED!! I was treated very poorly, not taken seriously and something devastating could've happened to me as a single woman on my own with no weapon stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night multiple times due to the mechanical issues of this truck. I hope that this company takes this very seriously because something could've happened to me and if I had been a little bit more naïve about traveling, I don't know what could've happened to me. I had strange men - many desperate homeless men - approaching me every single time I stopped asking me if I could give them rides or money!!! I was very vulnerable and U-Haul couldn't have cared less. I'm disgusted by this company and I will never use this company to move again.

JAMES BWhen we picked up the truck it only had a quarter tank of gas. I returned it with the exact amount fuel the truck had when I picked it up. We paid for an appliance dolly, was not in the truck. Had to find another Uhaul to pick up a dolly, obviously I had to pay again for the dolly.

Warren HIt was after hours on Saturday afternoon, about 1:15. As usual, the person fielding the call was polite and patient, though she sounded young and could probably afford to slow down somewhat in her speech. The mobile return app (due to no fault of the local agent) proved far less than adequate, but after an onerous period of time, I took multiple pictures and sent them in an email address that she suggested. Your mobile pick up and drop off needs major renovations. A good tech person should be able to test this in-house with a few candidates who are utterly unfamiliar with the process, including people from a variety of age and social/economic representations.

chungang sI was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and operability of the trailer. The checkout service was fantastic and return was fast and convenient. For some reason, I made the reservation at the location closest to me but somehow it was switched to one a few miles away. We were able to fix the issue once I arrived at the original location I rented from. The only thing I could think of was that the location I rented is posted as closed on Sunday's. Since the manager lives on site, he was available for me to return the trailer on Sunday without any issue. I like this location because they have good equipment, customer service friendly, it's close to my house, and there's no lines (fast).
