This was an easy process and the man helping we was awesome. My only suggestion would be regarding the cleanliness checkout piece. You can only answer if it is clean or not. However in my instance, the cabin of the vehicle was clean by about 99 %, but the cup holder area was not clean, so given my options, I said it was clean, but worried that I could get stuck with a cleaning service fee for that 1 %. If you could allow for more details, perhaps an area like this that I'm typing in now, to discuss cleanliness, it would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great experience. .
