bruce sEasy reservation on line, personable staff, and the truck ran as it should. Also the truck was in very good condition. I returned it after hours (but prior to my required return time) and had no issues.

JAMES BWhen we picked up the truck it only had a quarter tank of gas. I returned it with the exact amount fuel the truck had when I picked it up. We paid for an appliance dolly, was not in the truck. Had to find another Uhaul to pick up a dolly, obviously I had to pay again for the dolly.

Warren HIt was after hours on Saturday afternoon, about 1:15. As usual, the person fielding the call was polite and patient, though she sounded young and could probably afford to slow down somewhat in her speech. The mobile return app (due to no fault of the local agent) proved far less than adequate, but after an onerous period of time, I took multiple pictures and sent them in an email address that she suggested. Your mobile pick up and drop off needs major renovations. A good tech person should be able to test this in-house with a few candidates who are utterly unfamiliar with the process, including people from a variety of age and social/economic representations.

chungang sI was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and operability of the trailer. The checkout service was fantastic and return was fast and convenient. For some reason, I made the reservation at the location closest to me but somehow it was switched to one a few miles away. We were able to fix the issue once I arrived at the original location I rented from. The only thing I could think of was that the location I rented is posted as closed on Sunday's. Since the manager lives on site, he was available for me to return the trailer on Sunday without any issue. I like this location because they have good equipment, customer service friendly, it's close to my house, and there's no lines (fast).

Jennifer AI had a great experience leasing a u-haul from this location. I checked in online, so pickup of the vehicle took less than five minutes. I also had to call and request an extension on the rental and the manager was extremely helpful.

Eric aTruck was in terrible condition. Alignment was way off, the brakes were poor, and the transmission was leaking fluid. The location was also poorly maintained. The manager of the property was very nice, but this was the worst condition can/truck I've ever rented.

Christopher FThe worst experience ever with uhaul through this whole journey, but not @ any locations front or rear side of the Leg. The unloading that I bought on my drop side of the leg was ridiculous and ended up with me calling the cops, getting an incident report file, filing a claim with Uhaul and also spending $1,100+ for a security system. Uhaul has still yet to help me with the situation and really hasn't done anything about the situation whatsoever.

stacey gThis was an easy process and the man helping we was awesome. My only suggestion would be regarding the cleanliness checkout piece. You can only answer if it is clean or not. However in my instance, the cabin of the vehicle was clean by about 99 %, but the cup holder area was not clean, so given my options, I said it was clean, but worried that I could get stuck with a cleaning service fee for that 1 %. If you could allow for more details, perhaps an area like this that I'm typing in now, to discuss cleanliness, it would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great experience. .
