I had to park on the side of the busy highway to check in because that is where the mailbox is and where it's "located at" on Google maps. The truck was also not clean when I picked it up. There was gravel and dirt in the cargo area and drink cups behind the seats of the cab. Truck was in good condition mechanically and ran well. Other then the check in location and cleanliness of the truck it was decent.

Facility has a gate and requires self entry code. There are large ruts and holes in the driving area.
Gregory GThe storage facility is accessed with a key pad. U Haul provided no code for the gate. If it had not been for a sign saying to call SAM if you had issues I would not have been able to get in. If Sam had not been had not answered his phone I would not have been able to get to the Uhaul truck. When I was at the gate I used my Iphone 13 and a chrome browser. BIG mistake. The location finding service of Uhaul did not work well with chrome. After calling Uhaul the customer Service rep suggested I use Safari browser. I did this and the location service said I was 0,3 miles from where I needed to be. WRONG I was at the correct location but the trucks were parked on the far end of the storage facility. I could see them but could not get to them because of the locked gate. A call to Sam got me the code. When I finally made it to the truck I had already lost 45 minutes of time. If the system were more efficient I could have been in and out of there with in 20 minutes. Use of the App when I finally was next to the truck worked ok. The part where a second ID was required was extremely faulty. Who carries a passport around with them when renting a moving truck. If I didn't have anyone available to call I would have been sunk, Uhaul should consider another approach to a second verification. The truck itself was operational but not much more. It had 97K on it and you could tell. It got the job done but is all I can say. Uhaul should also check the facilities their trucks are stored at. the roadway is all gravel and very uneven.
Nick LIt took a long time to pick up the truck. No body answered for awhile and couldn't get in the gate. The truck was muddy inside. I will tell anyone I know to not rent from there
Traci HThe owner tracked me inside of the fence and wouldn't give me the code to get out had a terrible attitude it was a rude individual. I'll never rent from that location again and frankly feel like they should lose the franchise for the U-Haul brand. The person was terrible.
William GThere is no office and no signs on how to drop off the truck. I had to ask the next-door neighbor to find out how to drop off the truck.
