The truck was well-maintained, but the cleanliness was something that I had to take care of so the truck got returned cleaner than when I picked it up. They also got lots of extra gas on the return.

Maybe explain that you go through the gate to the other side of the lot in order to pick the Uhaul up, if I hadn't missed the turn the first time, I wouldn't have known where to go and we would've been searching.
Cameo BThe location was very sketchy. No lights anywhere. UHauls were not easily visible. However the UHaul getting and dropping off process was very easy.
George WTruck is located inside a locked area that needed a code. I could not get close enough to start the checkin to receive the code. Thankfully the site had a local number to call to gain access.
WAYNE WI had to park on the side of the busy highway to check in because that is where the mailbox is and where it’s “located at” on Google maps. The truck was also not clean when I picked it up. There was gravel and dirt in the cargo area and drink cups behind the seats of the cab. Truck was in good condition mechanically and ran well. Other then the check in location and cleanliness of the truck it was decent.
