Be sure to have your check out down on-line rather than by the clerk. The one I had did not speak English and didn't know how to handle anything other than an on-line check-out.
Melvin SAmco-U-Haul was a very good experience. The manager of the store was very helpful and polite. The employees in the store was the same. The U-Haul truck was very clean and full of gas. Very easy to use but hard to back up in a spot lol lol (I can't drive lol lol) but overall I will do business with them again.

Cyntia MIt took me an hour to get the uhual I ordered a utility dolly and got a regular dolly. In the years I've been renting with uhual this was the 1st time I've had a bad experience.
