The overall experience was horrible checking in with the app. I didn’t like that process at all. Once I’ve registered and put my payment in, there should have been a code sent to me to get in the rental truck at the scheduled time but no it took me calling customer service and wasting two hours before I could get started. A very frustrating experience

Beaktha RBe sure to have your check out down on-line rather than by the clerk. The one I had did not speak English and didn't know how to handle anything other than an on-line check-out.
Melvin SAmco-U-Haul was a very good experience. The manager of the store was very helpful and polite. The employees in the store was the same. The U-Haul truck was very clean and full of gas. Very easy to use but hard to back up in a spot lol lol (I can’t drive lol lol) but overall I will do business with them again.
