CHRISTOPHER DMarlen always provides excellent service. I needed a trailer lady minute to grab something from Home Depot and she handled it smoothly and quickly. This is the 3rd time I've used her and will continue to do so.

ROB LI've rented two trucks from you guys in the last month or so. The first had cruise control, the last one did not. I have to say the first one was not only more economic fuel wise, but, made my drive way easier.

There was some confusion over a few things due to me getting extremely sick and my boyfriend returning the rental for me, the staff was absolutely amazing and worked with us and was beyond fair in their dealings. If great customer service is important to you then THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

DAVID NHighly need work on your technology system because it messed up my whole order and the movers never came out beacuse everything ended up having to be done the old school way. So therefore I had me and another person moving my stuff and now my back is in major pain from your technology system error and made me run over the mileage I ended ip putting down because of mover not showing up.

CALVIN SMy unit had significant old damage to the back right corner. The handle on the back was very loose, and the inside of the back of the truck had screws, pieces of plastic, and dirt inside that I had to sweep out before I could load my stuff . I had to take numerous photos to show I had cleaned it before drop off, not sure how previous users had not been forced to clean same

Tommy GMy experience was FANTASTIC. Service and information was PROMPT upon my arrival and prices were both 'fair' and 'competitive'. I was quickly provided with a CLEAN and EXCELLENT (15') truck for my needs. Upon my return with less mileage than anticipated, I was HONESTLY calculated for an accurate billing. I was MORE than SATISFIED and would MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND this location for any "UHaul" service needs. I can honestly state there is NOTHING I could suggest for improvement. ALL went PERFECTLY for me.
gerald pAll the service offered by the rental agent was great. However I still can't get over how a $29 truck and a $79 trailer cost$350 for one day returned to the same location.
Mathew WThe car dolly I was given didn't have function directional signals. The right car dolly light was held onto the trailer with very old duct tape and the entire light was torn off the trailer after about 1 h of driving. The left dolly light was intact but did not work at all. Despite the equipment failures, the staff at the U-Haul Site (Marlin and Adrian) were terrifically helpful and loaded my car on the dolly expertly! I'm am very grateful for their help.
