The truck cab and box were filthy, we swept it out before we loaded up. the first truck had no oil in it... it was at least 2 qt low, and it had a bad exhaust leak. The truck that we took the heat was totally inop. and the air quit half way through the trip! Plus the truck would viabrate real bad when 60 mph or above.

Randall ETruck could have been a little newer. Bad exhaust smell in cab of truck was overwhelming. Truck overall sounded rough but got us moved without trouble. Lady at office was very nice and helpful.
Michael MThe app asked for my employer's phone number, I did not know this would immediately send a text to verify my ID. Given it was early on a Saturday morning, it makes zero sense to ask for the customers employer's phone number.
Thomas LVery friendly and professional customer service.
