Everything was great until the end when the one guy who ran the uhaul and credit card machine was gone and it took him 30 Minutes to get there that put me behind schedule.

James J.When i picked up the equipment we didn't go over any details about the return process or a visual of the vehicle. After taking possession and getting to my first location, I realized that the vehicle was dirty. There were open spirits bottles with liquor in it in the vehicle along with chips and other trash left in the front on the floor and behind the seats. When processing the return, I stated that the vehicle needed to be clean but noticed that I would be charged for it so u removed that. Please add a separate selection for vehicle status not caused by the current renter

Lonzo S.I don't feel this survey is fair. We were guaranteed a trailer in Naperville. We had calls with the headquarters, emails confirming, spoke to the local site only to get a call the morning of saying there was no trailer within a 50 mile radius redirecting us an hour away to the south side of Chicago. While grateful to have the trailer and the original price honor. This meant two hours of additional driving and a lot of added stress. Overall not impressed how Uhaul does their business. I wouldn't recommend this location because it's out of our way. Trailer hitch had problems to boot. But it was clean and it worked not a reflection of this franchise.

The service was decent but I think they could improve with how they break down the process for when the vehicle is returned. Other locations have a friendlier atmosphere and have sanitary dispensers available such as wipes and disinfectant sprays.

Leonard N.Unprofessional, untimely, and I would not want to rent from this location again! The tank was given to me on a quarter of gas but looking at the contract it says half tank, and the meter was no where near half. There was no walk through and the entire ordeal was completely unprofessional.
Sergio D.Bad customer service no representative from U-Haul they expect someone from another company to take care of everything . Including taking care of equipment they were not properly trained on! Waited a hour to get the trailer even hooked up to my truck. No proper check was done so i ended up with a half flat tire that set our move back a day! The lights on the rear of the trailer were not working so that was not checked properly! I got pulled over twice because of it! The trailer hitch was not locked in property when it was placed onto my truck thank god that was noticed by someone helping us load the trailer or we could have lost the trailer off the back of my truck going down the expressway! I've asked for a call from a manager yet still never received one! This company is unbelievable! Horrible service no follow through and over priced for the crap service i received! Thank you for reminding me how bad you are!
Bethany B.Personnel at this location need to be available to close out the contract at the time of drop off. Additionally, the location in which I had to drop off the key in a Dropbox is located in a dangerous place; access to it was accross an alley and through a parking lot. REALLY!!!

Michael D.This location is basically self service without any adjunct equipment that is helpful when moving and the person who runs this location doesn't come to the site. This location is essentially ran by a very nice gentleman who works at Kate's Detective Agency. With that being said this place is just making it by a wing and a prayer. Good luck to anyone who uses this location.

Darrell S.Have the equipment at the place of reservation. Have a number where to call that works. I was trying to talk with someone who was able to help me for more than an hour. The new location where I had it to go and pick up my equipment was way farther and in a bad neighborhood, been at that time at night was really risky. The truck I got didn't have the beeping noise when backing up and it felt like it was going to give up when driving it. I had my reservation at 6 PM and ended up getting the truck in another location almost at 9 PM. Yes it was a very bad experience.
Dan D.This uhaul was very nice but I made appointments with 4 I mean 4 other locations and was told to come get a 5ruck but when I arrived they said that it was no trucks available the booking agent or the locations are not updating their inventory one of the worst experience I have ever had with you guys but the saving grace was kingdom kustom rims on 87th street help me locate and book a truck for that day.
Micheal D.1) my reservation was for 9:30. No one opened the business until 10am. No apologies offered. Anthony was rude and handled my reservation from an employees phone. 2) I ordered a dolly and pads and was forced to drive to another location to pick up the items 3) I was told I would receive 5 miles for free because I needed to get the items but did not receive it. 4) I was charged with a 2 day rental and that the Item was returned on 9/1 when it was returned on 9/31 5) This location was unprofessional and unaccommodating.

Terrence C.The fact that the reservation line put a 300 pm time on my contract and asked if that was ok. I said it might be ok I wasn't sure about the time. I asked what was the rate for a longer period of time. She stated that it was the same rate for a 24 hour period. I said ok make it 24. When I returned the rental I was charged for 2 days, when I clearly returned within the 24 he period. Also my time started at 930 am, due to paperwork and having to purchase a trailer ball and adapter I didn't leave until 1050 am.

Larmont D.After speaking to the representative at the 800 number to make the reservation, I received a call from someone named Tony. This person called from a personal cell phone number asking for my banking info to reserve the truck. I then proceeded to explain to this Tony person that all that information had been given to the representative that I had spoken with earlier and I've never had this to occur. He was very unprofessional every time I spoke to him. People at the facility that I picked up the truck were new to this process did their best considering the short amount of time that they have been doing this. But again In my honest opinion this Tony person should not be trusted with handling your patrons.
