Lower your prices. $595 we paid for a one way trip. Wiped out our bank account. Wasn’t even told the cost! Just ran my card. Had I known it was that much, we would’ve found another way! Now we have nothing to survive on for the next two weeks because our bank account is Empy. For the love of god! Way overpriced!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt felt like some smoked weed in the trailer. Location was not able to provide moving pads or dolly
prashantreddy kThere was confusing drop off instructions. It’s on a very busy main street so I felt uncomfortable leaving the U-Haul truck on the Main Street. The side street parking was unavailable because of street cleaning /no parking signs. There was also no access to get inside of the gate where you could leave the truck safely. My drop off was a Sunday so the establishment was closed. There was no signage on where to safely park trucks turned in outside of business hours.
