The truck was filthy when I picked it up, when I got on the road I discovered one of the wheels was out of balance. I got beat up all the way between Phoenix and Prescott Valley. I just found out I can't get a refund because I had the option to replace the truck. 1. I didn't realize the wheel was out of balance until I was on the freeway and 2. The dealership didn't have a replacement 26 foot truck.

The U-Haul was unlocked and smelled of urine. There were many homeless people around and puddles of urine on the ground near the door

Cost! It indicated I would pay 87 and ended up paying more than 150 I was unable to pick up on time do to app being slow and not letting me in truck. I thought they would take that in consideration and they did not

I came to pick up the smallest truck they had on the 3rd no issues I told em I was dropping it of at a different location they gave me the truck and I left. Used it returned it the 4th to a different location little issues in returning it. the people didn't have much idea how to help. Had to figure it out myself with the sign they have out front so I go thrue that and I get the the end where it tells me to make sure this and that is good. I show the people at the place they told me I was good to go I dropped the keys into their lockbox and left. Going on the 8th I find out I'm STILL being charged for a uhaul I didn't have since the 4th I call to see what's going on they tell me that truck is a "rotational truck" it can't be returned to any location besides the one I originally got it from. So they tell me I can pick up and drop the truck off and get my money back. Okay I go to do that to fix the issue, returned it to the original location go thru all the bs to get my money back even though I'm now stranded at that location I end up walking 5 hours home got my money back the next day was happy and then they take more money back out so at this point I am now 300 in debt with my bank I call them to figure it out. Phone call after phone call, and being hung up on 2 times. In the end I get told they are charging me for having this whole time from the 3rd to the 9th even tho it's been on their lot most of the time. So now I'm fucked on rent had to starve myself just to get by. I'm so over this bs uhaul will be having a lawsuit coming their way if this isn't fixed. For a stress free company this last move has been stressful as hell.

Wash the damn trucks! There was a huge green mucus blob on the driver side window. It was disgusting. I could not understand what the man was saying to me. Accent way too thick. We could not communicate with each other. Horrible experience.

You can educate your u-haul providers how to properly hook up trailers. I rented a tow dolly from this location, the staff hooked up the trailer and said I was all set and ready to go. Upon returning it at another location, I was asked if I disconnected the emergency brake line that should have been hooked up in case of tow hitch failure. I told the guy no and the look on his face said it all. This could have been a horrible experience if it had been needed. This was my first time towing a vehicle and wasn't aware of this issue. I should have done more research instead of trusting someone who deals with these trailers on a daily basis. Lesson learned, never trust a "professional".

I was overcharged for my rental! Car was only driven 10 miles and I was quoted $19,99 and 0,89 cents per mile… why was I charged $50!!!!

The people have no customer service here. This is the second U-Haul I had to get within the past few months and I wish I got my U-Haul from the previous location not here. I only good part was that I had forgotten my son's drill in the U-Haul and they let me get it back.

Was charged for multiple days, only used for 3 hours. Was told I would get a receipt and refund, never received it. Also trailer was not properly connected to my truck at time of pickup. A nice gentleman had to call me on FaceTime to walk me through properly connecting trailer after I had already drove off with trailer and my children in vehicle which was a cause of safety concern. I wouldn't recommend this location

Please make sure the trucks are complete clean. When I picked up, there was a homeless person sleeping inside the truck, with a bunch of stuff in there. The attendant asked the homeless person to take their stuff out, which they did but the truck smelled like urine. Driver door, did not close properly. It had to me slammed shut. Will not be returning to this location for uhaul needs.

This U-Haul site location to request trucks is very unprofessional, they don't even check the vehicle before allowing the customer to leave the lot. They leave it up to the customers to check the vehicle before leaving. And even after the customer takes pictures of the mileage and the gas, when the vehicle was returned there was still an issue with the gas and we could not calculate the miles because the mileage disappeared on the odometer. I will never use this location again because the personnel operating this facility cannot even hardly speak English and they don't even know what the hell they're doing. I will never use this location again. You might as well shut it down.!!

Very rude. Did not want to provide me any information regarding payment once I returned the moving truck. The associate who helped got annoyed and yelled "why does it matter how much you pay?" And I replied because it's my money and my form of payment.

Check-in guy just pointed to the trailer and said "there it is" didn't help me back up to it. He told me he would "help me a little" hooking it up. I have rented these trailers a few times over the years and before they would help me hook up. Make sure it was secure and operationally check the lights. I'm not going to use Uhaul anymore.

Staff that is well trained to understand the system and provide better customer service, due to this reason I have to stay an extra night and pay an extra night of hotel. Please refer to notes from U-Haul customer service rep Rachel where she explained the employee and had to contact store mañana Maria Moreno. This equipment was supposed to be released at 5:00 pm and got released until 9:45 pm and they had us going to differents stores locations when the equipment was there with them, my advice is not to go to that store

I reserved a vehicle and was not notified that it was unavailable until pick up. I was sent to this unorganized and unprofessional dealer. They didn't compensate me for the mile difference and having to go out of my way to pick up another truck!

When we picked up the truck, the AC was blowing hot but just figured it was due to it being hot outside and the truck having sat for a while. The AC never did get cold. Tire warning light was on, but checked the tires and they were properly inflated.

We returned here because even though we told the original renters that we wanted to return to the Avondale-Phoenix location they only put in Phoenix so we had to drive 3,3 extra miles away to return the truck. Guys at this location were ok but asked me to leave the keys and they would check it in later when business slowed ... haha ... asked them to check it in then as I wanted a copy that I had returned it and they checked me in right away.

When I got to my destination after renting the u. Haul the back of the u. Haul was full of grease And the stairwell was full of grease as well. I was in a short time frame . I had to wash out the back of the u. Haul with Decreaser and soap So that all my property would not get full of grease

The customer service don't know how to taking care the customer. It is shame that he wasn't want to give me the car. Told me all the car is booked, but when I want online it doesn't. Next time make sure you have to check who you guys trust in business .

I was charged for six gallons of gas plus a fuel fee for returning the truck with the same level of gas that it was given to me. I asked for a refund those charges- the manager said he refunded my money and that he sent me an email receipt, but never got one. This place and uhaul sucks..
