The service by the store employee was exceptional, however they initial reservation was not done properly when l did it online. My pick up was sent to another phoenix location . But the store attendant at Arco fix the discrepancy. Very professional lady

The rental process was super easy and the staff was friendly and attentive.
John GHire employees that are a little more enthusiastic and courteous. Had to jump through hoops trying to get a condition report. First unit had a missing mirror.
SONJA WI was scheduled to pick up the rental @ 4pm. The person handling the rentals arrived one hour later. She did not help hook up the trailer. The trailer didn't have the connecting wire extension to connect to my vehicle, to which she said, "We don't have one. Do you want to take it like that?" So unprofessional. So ignorant, and so careless. I will never come back to this location.
