Centering chain s hook missing on one side. COULDNT USE DOLLY NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR TRUCK TO FIT.WAS GARRANTIED IT WOULD BUT THAT DIDNT MEAN IT WOULD.

Address not clear on gps. Maybe better directions
Tom MArctic Refrigeration marked me down as a full tank when I picked it up and it actually was about 7/8 full.....so that's the level I returned the truck at. Need to pay more attention when marking the fuel level.
MARTY GI found the drop off procedure to be problematic. I couldn't log in to drop the truck off, my son had to do it with his phone. Mine wouldn't show the location. Then having to go through taking all the pictures. As much as it cost me to move Hire someone to check the condition of the truck yourself.

Paul FStrap ratchets needs replacing. left ramp falls out of its holder when hitting bumps in road, empty and when car is on it. Have to stop every 25 miles and go back and slid it it again. This unit needs to go in shop and fix these items.

DORIS CI am extremely upset that the "attic" in my Uhaul leaked and got some of my personal belongings wet. Also, I am upset that in order to keep under the miles given to me for the trip I would not have been able to unload my belonging into storage as my house was not quite ready. Charging me an extra $33 for a leaking truck is very unacceptable
Marilyn RI rented for a full day a full day in most standard areas is 8 hours I returned in in less than 8 hours. I still paid $80 dollars plus gas hand never moved I only used 17 of the 20 miles I rented at $4 something a mile that's only $68 dollars plus returning it early that should be money off. I understand people have used and abused your equipment and trucks in the past but the ones who have used your equipment many times in the past with respect should be treated fairly.

Johnnie OFine it confusing when submitting information over the phone and than go pick up and no code for key. There has to be an easier simple way to complete transaction and have it on hand when arrived to pick up vehicle.
