The clerk was not trained properly, was not attentive, and did not have the desire to rent or assist with the rental. She blamed the main U-haul phone personnel and just told me she could not help me. I have to call the U-Haul main phone number and fix the situation. Then she intentionally scrutinized everything else in the process looking for a reason not to rent the equipment.
