I originally rented a truck for a week until we unfortunately had record rains and flooding which had it stuck behind a floooded road for an extra week. I was informed that something would be done so that I wouldn't be charged the full price. Unfortunately that did not happen and instead received rude calls about when it would be returned. Will never rent a U-Haul again from any location.

Also, Justin down in Central City discussed the process with me the day before. He didn't have what I needed but found the right trailer for me in Madisonville. He was very professional. The folks in Madisonville at Arctic were great also.
