It was closed on Saturday afternoon. We talked to a man on the phone and left the truck in the parking lot behind some deserted buildings. Put the key in the lockbox and called Uber to the airport.

I've got pictures of the instrument cluster upon leaving, and returning the vehicle. The return mileage on my invoice is correct, but the pick up mileage states only 16 miles on the odometer. The invoice states an out mileage that gives me a total of 28 miles when I actually went 10,2 miles. Also, they've got me returning the vehicle at 2:49 PM when it was closer to 12:00 PM. I'm thinking someone else used it after me and I"m getting charged for their miles. I picked it up at Arkansas Motorcycle Safety, at 1601 E.26th St. in Little Rock, Arkansas, 72206. There was no one there and the whole pickup was handled over the phone. They've not returned any calls to me to discuss this. I picked up the truck on Oct. 14th, 2024.

ROGELIO CLloyd was a very helpful Neighborhood U-Haul manager and I appreciated his assistance loading my car and his easy going demeanor. Don't be fooled by the location itself, the service was great.
Timothy WWe had to drive 20 miles out of the way to get it after making reservation. The vehicle was dirty and could hardly see out of window. We were told be careful of running ac too much cause it may not work as well. We picked up vehicle at noon and hit the road at 6pm. All was well till the next day when it started to get hot outside and we fooout the real deal with AC. It only came out defrosters and not vents. It was so hot by the time we got to Arizona I was pouring sweat! (I don't sweat often). Almost unbearable. I believe the place knew of the AC problem and just sent us anyway. I would like some sort of compensation for this ridiculous situation! I have uhaul app on my phone a us it a lot and never have I had something like this. Very upset! Bob 970)342-5527

Steven HLuckily I was there with my wife to pick up the trailer because nobody who worked there was there. The whole transaction was done over the phone to include gaining access to the key to unlock the gate and hook up the trailer.

pamela mTook operation over 25 minutes to verify truck rental then online said to go inside it's a closed location. After waiting for someone to arrive they had no idea where keys were took another 20 minutes for them to continue to look for keys finally found them in the drop box truck had never been looked at by the company. Truck had gas light on and before I could get on the road I had to stop and fill it up. Worst experience I have ever had at a uhaul and as you can see in my records I rent often! I will consider other companies before considering uhaul after this experience

I was told by two different customer service Representatives that also made note on my reservation that I was supposed to receive my payment back for that missing equipment and to let them know when I returned it for refund. I never got that refund
