Had to change our pick up time from 10am to 2pm. When I called to make this change, they were okay with it. When we got there to pick up the trailer, the building was locked and no one was there. The owner called and said he had to go to a DR appointment and would call his son to come help us hook up the trailer. After 10 min of us standing around we figured out how to do it ourselves. The owner called us and said no one would be able to come but we can just get the trailer. Then we left without getting any paperwork done and we had to call him back at 10pm that night.
