pavlo sThis is the second time I've used this location and the same gentleman helped me both time. He couldn't have been better. Friendly and efficient, he had me both in the truck at the beginning of the day and on my way home at the end as quickly as possible. I'll be back at the end of the academic year when I move my daughter out of her apartment again. Moving is a hassle under the best of circumstances so it's really good to have this box ticked.

Regina DThe store owner, who I believe his name is Moe if I'm not mistaken, is great. He's courteous and very helpful. This is definitely my favorite location. I'll be back again for sure. I use u-haul a lot and was going to other locations but this is my go-to location from now on, as long as he has trucks there, this is where I'll be renting from.
Nathaniel SWe had to clean out the truck before using it, including killing a cockroach and sweeping the back of the truck clean. The cab had peanuts behind the driver's seat, which I'm sure would feed plenty of cockroaches. The website let me reserve an appliance dolly, but the pickup location had none.

norlando WIt's been two days since I returned the uhaul and I still haven't received my deposit back, which was $100. The man told me that it costed $32 when I gave it back, so I should've gotten back $68 and never did

Khalid mEverything was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. I liked filling out the order form online. It saved me some time and trouble. The guy at the counter was easy to work with. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Mohamed MThe customer service was great, however the location was very loud and a group of men kept following me until i went inside. The truck had exterior damage. 8 of my boxes and my 55" TV received water damage from the rain on my 16 hour drive. I'm still assessing damage and requested Uhaul customer service to reach out to remedy the situation. I did purchase insurance through them… we will see what happens.
Faith WMo (the owner?) was exceedingly easy to work with. Everything was handled very quickly and capably both on pickup and return. Even beforehand when I called to find out whether the truck would in fact be ready for me, he personally called back to assure us that it was. This location is a store in an inner-city neighborhood. It is well-kept, friendly, and obviously a popular spot.
John HBe honest when vehicle is returned. I was about 5-8 minutes late returning truck. And was charged for a extra day. And I didn't notice until I saw my receipt.
Kenneth HI put the Tank back on half but was charged $14 because the needle was a hair line on half.
ELICE TReturned the uhaul 2hrs late I was charged for an additional day. Took extra long to initially pick the uhaul up for whatever reason. I could not self pick up I had to go inside the store show my id and give them my credit card even though I booked and attempted to self pick-up over the phone. There is no drop box for the key after hours. I left the key with the salesperson of the drive thru store.

VERONICA SArrived to pick up truck and nobody was there, waited, called for assistance they uhaul sent me a text of a video of how to pick up the truck it was useless I was already there called main U haul headquarters, 30 minute wait. Finally a guy arrives I let him know why I was there he left me stand in the parking lot, no urgency what so ever. Go truck it was nice but now gas cap, just duct tape.
David TThe service there was terrible from the beginning to ending. The owner got there 12 minutes late, with me arriving 15 minutes early . The truck stunk so bad and was filthy in the box part and in the cab. The drivers sidedoor didn't shut securely. I was on hold for 44 minutes waiting on someone to come to come to the phone, but the recording kept saying all associates are busy helping other customers.

maurice wThere was a homeless guy hanging out by the trucks asking for money or something to eat. The truck itself was filled with water inside. The wheel was sticky and gross. And the right rear view mirror was missing, which was the biggest safety hazard I've ever had to deal with while driving. That car should be sent for repair. It's condition is shameful and Uhaul should not be offering the car until it's repaired.
Jason GPlease make sure the vehicle is clean, inside and out. Oil light on, truck was dragging, needs transmission fluid. I really should get my money back.
Luis VThe service was good. The truck was too old, many rattles and vibration. Check engine light on. The truck was clean but has had many damages to both front doors.

Candi JTruck's oil change light was on, leaked water through the passenger window (it was raining), and seem to run rather roughly. This was a self pick up location at a neighborhood market of sorts. The guy in the store that gave us the key was nice and helpful though.
