The rate per mile was too much , i always get uhaul for my company and I’ve never paid 0,99 cent a mile

I was given the wrong truck at pick up. Somehow the key given to me actually started the truck. However, after arriving at the pickup location, and locking the vehicle doors, I was unable to regain entry, as the key did not unlock the door. After waiting a long while for the locksmith to arrive, and after at least 4 failed attempts at creating a key for the truck doors, the locksmith finally popped the lock so I could get in to start the truck....only to then NOT be able to start the truck because it didn't turn in the ignition. After about 4 hours after the initial pickup, I was finally able to get into the correct truck and get my move started. I was offered no compensation or remedy for my inconvenience, nor was ownership or accountability for the agent's mistake/misinformation with the initial truck given.
