the front desk was very helpful and sweet. i have had other experience with uhaul locations that have been very unpleasant so this was out of the ordinary. she made it easy and convenient.

regina douglasOverall the location and customer service at Arrow self storage was great. The mechanical condition of the U-Haul truck was poor. The oil pressure light kept coming on, air conditioning blew warm, and a major vibration from the vehicle on the freeway. Honestly I used it for one trip and returned it early because I did not have time to deal with a broken U-Haul truck while moving over the weekend

Bella HudspethI was overcharged on the mileage by about 24 extra miles. I contact the location and was told it was accurate and it was on my contract. I took pictures of the odometer. The office location was not able to help. I contacted U-Haul customer service and they were able to confirm that I did get over charged and the office location made an error. They looked at the U-Haul milage from the previous person who drove the same truck and noticed the milage start was the same as when I got it. I did ask the office location to double check the milage of the last person who had to see if they accidentally made an error however I was told it was correct. I'm glad I called customer service and didn't take the advice from the office location.
Jesus GarciaDo not rent from Arrow Self Storage. The equipment they rent out is poorly maintained, and the customer will end up paying the bill. I rented a 15 ft. truck on May 19th for a local transfer. The truck was not clean inside; there was debris from the previous user and it was not swept out. More importantly, the truck is in poor mechanical condition. When you step on the accelerator, the engine revs excessively and the truck requires heavy breaking to slow it down. According to the contract, I drove a total of ten miles which is accurate according to my calculations. I put two gallons of gas in the truck since UHaul states that these trucks get ten miles to the gallon. I felt like I was being generous to put in two gallons. Instead, I was charged a $25 fee for not returning the truck at the same fuel level as when I rented it. That means that the truck got less than five miles to the gallon. I would hate to think what I would have had to pay in gas if my move was 20 or 30 miles in length. Getting less than five miles to the gallon and not letting the customer know that before renting the truck is bad business practice and very unfair. I don't know who is responsible for the maintenance of the truck, but I am certainly not, and I should definitely not have to pay the bill for a poorly maintained truck. When I called Arrow Self Storage and told them about the poor mileage, I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. I've rented UHaul trucks twice in the past month, and up to now I have had a good experience, although with a different rental facility (Desert Mercantile). If I run into this kind of problem again, it will be the last time I use UHaul.

RICHARD BETTYJames at Arrow was most pleasant and accommodating. While out of Arrow's control, this is the second time recently that I've rented a truck from U-Haul and neither time has U-Haul gotten the dolly request correct. This time I ordered a furniture dolly and an utility dolly and only got an appliance dolly. It would have been an even bigger problem for me if my brother had not had an utility dolly I could use.
Anne RalstonThe human interaction here was exceptional. They were the perfect example of great customer service and experience. However, using the U-Haul phone app to pick up after-hours was a nightmare. I don't have enough space to describe all the ways it went wrong. It took 45 minutes from when I arrived to when I pulled away with the truck. This included entering all my personal information three times and waiting 10 minutes for a chat representative to tell me my rental was approved. I feel bad for this U-Haul location having to be associated in any way with the U-Haul app.
Michael GallacherPicking up truck on the 24/7 app is a bit of a nightmare. The photo wouldn't register our ID, so when we had to do it manual, the customer service rep had to call and wake up 2 different members of our family, at 7:15 am to verify ....whatever info. What a shit show. It took us 50 min total to get the code to unlock our truck. #callpenske

Luis AriasThis comment is for Uhaul not a location. I reserved a truck in advance. The day before my move I received a call saying no truck is available. A day after I had a reservation they had a truck for me. This is easy, do not rent a truck if one is not going to be there! This was very inconvenient for me and nobody cared.
