Staff at ASAP Auto Care was very resourceful and helpful. The truck I was supposed to pick up was still out at the confirmed pick up time. I had to turn around and bring another truck back versus a one way drop off as contracted. This was a inconvenience to me and my company.

Dealing directly with ASAP to rent a U-haul was a simple, quick and easy experience. My attempt to deal with U-Haul through the website a week or 2 before was a nightmare and, needless to say, I cancelled the rental after getting a text stating my pickup location was 30 miles away,, not a call (as stated online) to determine an alternate pickup location, then dealing with 2 corporate U-haul folks, the last one was extremely unpleasant and made a snooty comment then hung up. For this rental, the text for return that I was sent from U-haul, the link didn't work so I locked up the truck and dropped the keys off. After getting in my car again, I noticed that the message was longer than could be displayed. I then clicked to see the entire message, low and behold the fully displayed link did work ... the problem was, a picture of the dash with odometer and fuel gauge was required ... couldn't skip that, so it wasn't able to be sent. Dealing with the guys at ASAP was a great experience, dealing with U-hauls online tools, texts, links and people on the other end of the toll-free number for U-haul was a nightmare. Walking in and setting up the rental in person took a whopping 2-3 minutes. Lesson learned, I'll deal directly with ASAP from now on.

The trailer I received had 1 completely flat tire, and one half full tire . The tire strap was tied in a knot and took 30 minutes to untie in 14 degree weather. I do not blame the guy at the U-Haul location for this; since there was 3 inches of snow and it was snowing hard when the trailer was hooked up . The guy was very professional and I know mistakes happen.

Pick up was relatively quick and when I returned the truck later that evening, an associate was already nearby and waiting for me to exit the truck, ready to finish the return! Quick and easy, and had great customer service.

the location was fine .however you as the company was not .i confirmed my 10 foot truck rental on 12 -11 with you i also called the location and made sure every thing was o k and they had 10 foot truck for me .when i went to pick it up you gave it to someone else .the location gave me a larger truck for same price but that is not the point. also it cost more in gas

There was no clear and posted area to return the rental. No one was present and phone calls were not answered. I was really uncertain as to where to leave it.

The truck needed swept out before we put our stuff in it, there was bullet shells in it. Plus I believe the truck was out of alignment and needed new tires, the brakes did work good but I was traveling a windy road and it rain on the way to drop it off

Train sales reps a little better. I was charged 3 different amounts on my debit card! I was given 2 refunds for the two wrong amounts but unfortunately it takes 10 -14 days for me to actually have that money back in my card. Yay for me!

The first location on University Blvd in Steubenville, Oh was terrible. The truck wasn't available there, the manager took my early payment and assured me that he would have a truck in the morning which he did not. Then he wouldn't even try to fix HIS own mistakes. He wasn't professional, his attitude was rude, we had to go 40 miles out of our way to pick the truck up, this will be our last time using this company. When we called the call center, they were less helpful. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone, especiall

I had arranged to pick up a Uhaul truck from a location on Chapline st, the owner closed the doors due to an emergency, never told Uhaul, so this left me with finding another location to obtain truck from- this also came from the Chapline st owner, so I ended up at the 16th st location, this guys was super - helped me, didn’t have too. He cared- so I would give this guys a 5 star rating!

This location was very accommodating since I had a mess up with my order. Rose was very nice and friendly and helped me to remain calm. The owner seems very nice as well but attempted to joke with me and gave me some mild anxiety lol.. I have no issue with location other than the address that was texted to me from uhaul listed it as North 16th St which is in a different section of Wheeling.

I reserved a 15 ft truck two weeks in advance. Got movers ready for 6/2. Went to pick up the truck. And No truck! The manger was trying to find one, to no avail! I was able to get a truck the following day 6/3! But no movers could help that day. Needless to say I couldn't finish the house. I had a stroke a few months ago and Had to move! Leaving most of the big things because of the delay of the truck! Return of my 650 deposit where I was moving out of, out the window! Would like some kind of re-embursement for my loss. Please help.

I was first informed that i wasn't able to pick the truck up at the location that was 3 minutes away from my location. Instead i had to drive 15 minutes out of my way. Upon arrival I was informed that the truck i had reserved a week or more prior to this move, wasn't there. They only had a smaller truck. I had to move thay day because i had multiple people that had changed their schedules to help me. The truck had not been cleaned out by previous renter. Change, broken glass and packing peanuts were still in the back.

There was no U-Haul sign or U-Haul's at the drop off location. So we had to call to find out what business was the drop off site. That said, the folks at the drop off location were EXTREMELY friendly and came out to get the truck as soon as we pulled into the alley.

Paid too much per mile. The web said it was .79/mile but when it arrived at the store, I was told it was .99/mile! That's a big difference! Should have gone to Enterprise and pay a total of $80 with free miles. I'm very unhappy.

Sunday was the original date of pickup, the guy called me and asked if I could pickup a day earlier because he wasn’t going to be there because he promised his wife they would go to Pittsburgh, Pa. I don’t believe I should have been charged for two day rental when he was the one who needed me to change pickup time for HIS conveinence NOT MINE-I agreed to pick it up on Saturday because the other places I called didn’t have a truck available for me!! I don’t believe this was right, as I had already spent close to 80$ in moving materials at another UHaul facility!!!!!!
