With my experience everything was smooth and quick and thorough. I can't say what could be improved with my experience. The employee was friendly and did a very satisfactory job

Considering that my boyfriend is a Marshall County sheriff's officer maybe not have your trucks smell like weed that would be great
Ashley M.Phone check in was a hassle to begin with. The agent Sarah who was assisting me via chat left me waiting without telling me I was approved . I waited approximately 40 minutes before calling and getting assistance. The truck was dirty with blankets strewn around ((I have pictures) and the appliance dolly I requested wasn't on board. I was still charged for a dolly.
Rodney S.When equipment is requested & paid for: Dolly, blankets, etc. it should be in the back of the truck. Especially when the pickup place is closed :).

Had to go to buy the correct size hitch ball. Waste of time and money. If you had told me in the first place I would have done it right, but I followed your policies only to be told I was wrong by staff at this location. Please make up your mind.

I was told I would be called by traffic to find me a van at different location that didn't happen I called back and had to ask and was connected. They told me they would have a van for me at new location. When I got there all they had was box truck which I am sure got worse gas mileage. Not a good customer experience and cost me more money

Robert H.The folks at ASAP in wheeling WV were great. The pick up location in Montrose CO was a disaster they were unorganized and it was difficult to coordinate with them. There were too many moving pads.

It was an awful ride. That truck needs some serious work done to it. When we picked up the truck we were sent a block over to get it they were in a lot with a tight alley. No one said how to get out of there or anything. It was take your cc and hand you a key
Shelly M.We ordered originally a 26 footer for 2 days. We then were told we could only receive a 20 footer for 2 days. LAST MINUTE we were told we could only get a 17 footer. We orders 2 dozen blankets and only TWO SINGULAR blankets were there. We also renter a dolly and it was not there. If we arent refunded the full amont our attorneys will be in touch.
Jeremy F.The location was not my first choice but it was easy in/easy out. This is not against the location or the employee (who was very nice). I originally ordered a 15ft truck. I wanted to do one haul. Neither location ended up having a 15ft available so I had to downsize to a 10ft. That ended up forcing me to take 2 trips which ended up costing me double!
Jill S.I wasn't able to get my truck when I wanted because it was returned late, that was fine. However, there was no sense of my time being spent and instead of putting/leaving the dolly in the truck he brought into the store and I had place it in the truck.

Stefany W.Equipment was used for 2 hours, returned at approximately 1930. Today I received a call asking if I needed the equipment longer. Once they worked it out, and called back I found out that the location failed to check the equipment back in on their next business day. In my opinion, this is a serious infraction on the part of the rental location, and could have lead to a more serious situation. Luckily the U-Haul call center corrected their error.
