Online on U-Haul it said 55$ and I was charged 80$ for some reason hard to pull the u haul in and out not very professional people either

The guy cashing us out did not count the blankets they were all in a pile and he said just grab a bag and take it. The truck was not swept out. He did not go around thr truck to check for preexisting damage.
