Richard KThis location was fine, no complaints about finding it or returning the vehicle. Any negatives are on the Uhaul end of things. It took an hour to check out the vehicle. Location settings on, the website did not prompt for additional permissions. Called support, mentioned the app. Additional verification needed including a contact who they called from a different number than they meassaged would be calling. This was all in addition to pick up location being changed an hour or so before scheduled time. So not only did it add time to retrieve and return the vehicle, it took forever to actually pick up the vehicle. There was no warning that self serve pick up can take time. It would have been nice to at least have a guide presented, or maybe even frontload some of the process. It was obvious this would be self serve since the business locations were closed. After finally getting the vehicle, it was fine. Vehicle was clean, drove well, and vehicle return was extremely straightforward. It would be nice if it was easier to find a way to estimate how much fuel to put into the vehicle before return. I could only find the contract/receipt for this information once, and I couldn't zoom in to actually read what it said. You have an app, you know what vehicle I had, you could easily have gas estimator function built in.

John BI rented an appliance dolly and 2 dozen packing blankets that were not with the truck and there was nowhere to get them. Truck had numerous scratches down both sides and check engine light was on. There is a sign on the dash that says to set the parking break whenever you leave vehicle and whoever delivered the vehicle didn't set the brake.

William BI was charged extra for fuel and fee even though I replaced the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that I received it with.
Jenney CDirections and signage need improvement. Business is on a state highway, 5 miles from a major intersection. These need to be in the directions, not just a mailing address. There was not a 24 hr. drop off box. We were lucky the owner was there on a Sunday afternoon.

Todd CI can’t say enough positive about the service we got from Chris at U-Haul. We had some unexpected circumstances with our rental and he was flexible and so accommodating in helping us out! 5 Stars isn’t enough, he deserves 10!!

CYNTHIA BI'm not sure if my complaint is with the location or with U-Haul in general. We rented a truck and reserved for 6 pm, planning to use the mobile phone system. We were late, but the owner was still there at 7 pm. We waited an additional hour for him to finish other business he was doing. Then, whatever system UHaul has did not work and we needed to enter information again and again on my phone and then on the office computer. We didn't get to leave until 8:30. Didn't even want to hassle with asking for a later start time by that point, plus owner said that returning a bit late wouldn't be a problem. Turns out, U-Haul charged us a whopping $79 extra when we returned at 8 pm. We will NEVER use your company again and we will be sure to tell all of our friends. Luckily, Enterprise operates in our area and they are simply wonderful to work with. I have to drive a bit further, but it's worth it.
HEATHER BThe steering was poor on this particular truck. The steering wheel had to be turned in order for the truck to go straight. Also, there was no dolly or blankets in the truck.
