Location is not conveniently located. Parking location of truck was on an unpaved lot and backing truck from space was hazardous due to limited visibility. Driver side floor mat was dirty and cargo box had not been cleaned out from previous use.Michael J.

Pick up was very slow. Took well over an hour. New attendent without a superviser. Had to call his supervisor a couple times. He was very personable.and professional but unfamiliar with procedure online. The U Haul.net systerm went down during the process. Honestly, I felt I knew more about the checkout process than the attendant. This was my third rental in two years.KATHY D.

Location was terrible. It was dark n no street lights. In bad location. Instructions to find truck was terrible. Lock on box for keys wouldn't open. Tried to call uhaul for help n couldn't reach anyone. Had to back truck up in a yard to even get truck out of space. Never again!!Asheley P.

Most horrific neighborhood I have ever been in and was over 50 miles from where I rented the truck. The truck was filthyJulius S.
It was inside a detail shop and no marking of U-Haul at all luck the girl at the hotel desk brother worked where it was or I would have never found it and they even gave me a ride back to my hotelDAVID M.
It was not the location. It was the Uhaul company. The app to pick up the truck was not working properly, so after two hours the gentleman that owns Attention to Detail called uhaul and had them switch so we could just pick up in store instead of 24 pickup. I was on hold for over an hour waiting for a customer service rep and still got no one by the time we got the keys. We turned our truck in a day early and again the site was not working properly so I had to go back down the next day and have the owner help because the place we had for pickup was closed on Sunday. So we could have saved a day but instead we paid for that day because of your system. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. The process is easy to order but not for pick up and return. Would recommend fixing your system for these problems. Joe C.

WORST Uhaul experience I have ever had. The interior of the truck was covered in cat hair and cat URINE!!. The smell was unbearable. It was absolutely disgusting. I drive it with windows down to a uhaul rental center near my home and asked for a new truck, which they couldn't accommodate. They did however clean the truck for me as best they could but it didn't cover up the smell. The owner said that in his 20 yrs at uhaul, it was the worst condition a truck has ever been in that he has seen. I had to drive 1900 miles across the country in this truck. I am highly allergic to cats and it made for the worst 3 day experience of my life. I've called Uhaul with no luck getting a return call. I filed a complaint online and of course, no return call. What does Uhaul care? They got my money. Absolutely despicable.Corey L.
