Location was not a good spot no one was there or when the hours said that they would be the drop off spot beside a house very small area. Left a message they called back later was helpful . But was not there at location.

Gary G.Location is not conveniently located. Parking location of truck was on an unpaved lot and backing truck from space was hazardous due to limited visibility. Driver side floor mat was dirty and cargo box had not been cleaned out from previous use.
Michael J.Pick up was very slow. Took well over an hour. New attendent without a superviser. Had to call his supervisor a couple times. He was very personable.and professional but unfamiliar with procedure online. The U Haul.net systerm went down during the process. Honestly, I felt I knew more about the checkout process than the attendant. This was my third rental in two years.
