Christopher RThis location I got great service how ever day before I head reservations pick up truck west Oakland location 10 am no one show up I waited entail 10,3 no show up Yesterday morning I call around all u haul no one answered then went to Gilman at Berkeley location I told gentleman I have been called 3 times no one answered he Was rood so you hear what you want I no this I smelled pot odor in the office then I left

luis mShowed up 15 minutes after my appointment time and nobody was there (door locked). Drove down the street to another Uhaul location and called the listed number. Attendant was getting food, met me back at the location. He was unapologetic and condescending. At the scheduled drop-off time I again found a locked door and had to call.
Ryan SIt is in the parking spot of a gas station. There is not U-haul personnel there. I called the U-haul phone number to let them know I had arrived at the pre agreed location and they were rude.
Thomas HDrop off was fine. Not the best neighborhood but the gentleman who took in the truck was great.

gary pIt was far away from where I wanted to rent, which changed the hours last minute so I showed up to a locked office. Then I had to pay mileage fees, drive two hours just to get there, and take an uber to get home. Overall the whole thing sucked.
